La carte du chef David Hanquer est audacieuse et g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, r\u00e9put\u00e9e pour des plats phares comme la lasagne de foie gras po\u00eal\u00e9 \u00e0 la sauce aux morilles, la bisque de homard signature sous une cloche de feuilletage, et le carr\u00e9 d\u2019agneau \u00e0 la cro\u00fbte de confit d\u2019ail qui fait toujours son effet. Et oui, le souffl\u00e9 au caramel est \u00e0 la hauteur de sa r\u00e9putation. <\/p>\n

Le service est chaleureux, attentionn\u00e9 et fluide \u2014 men\u00e9 par Tania et son \u00e9quipe, qui accueillent chaque client comme un habitu\u00e9.
Et pour les amateurs de vin, St\u00e9phane, le sommelier de la maison, est \u00e0 la fois guide et conteur \u2014 il associe les vins non seulement \u00e0 ton plat, mais aussi \u00e0 l\u2019ambiance de la soir\u00e9e. Ce n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un accord ; c\u2019est une conversation. <\/p>\n
