The Property

Set in the quiet hills of Cul de Sac on the French side of Saint-Martin, this charming Creole-style villa is designed for easy island living. It offers the perfect blend of space, privacy, and comfort — ideal for families or groups of friends.

Step inside to a bright and spacious living area, including a TV lounge with Netflix, an open-plan dining space with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with generous counter space for preparing meals. The living room is air-conditioned for year-round comfort and includes a dedicated workspace for those mixing business with leisure.

The villa features four bedrooms:

The first, located on the ground floor, includes a private bathroom and direct access to a cozy outdoor sitting area.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms each have their own modern bathroom. The master suite opens onto a private terrace with views of the sea and Orient Bay, while the other two rooms offer lagoon views from their windows and glass doors.

Outdoor Living

The large pool, partially shallow for kids, is perfect for both swimming and relaxing under the sun. The surrounding terrace offers ample space for sunbathing, lounging, or enjoying a BBQ with loved ones. Lush gardens and mountain views complete this private oasis, making every moment feel like a true Caribbean escape.

					Cul de Sac was a tranquil villa that allowed ample space for a large party. It was easily accessible to local eateries and activities that I had planned for the vacation. Sarah was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during my visit. The only concern that we had was the privacy gate not opening during late night reruns to the villa. Excellent villa!

						Cul de Sac was a tranquil villa that allowed ample space for a large party. It was easily accessible to local eateries and activities that I had planned for the vacation. Sarah was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during my visit. The only concern that we had was the privacy gate not opening during late night reruns to the villa. Excellent villa!
					
					This house is immaculate.  So much space for a group.  Very clean.  Sarah is a fabulous host.  Great views.  Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient.  There were baby goats outside the balcony--that was just a cute bonus.  We booked this house the day before, because the original house we booked was atrocious.  This was a million times better, and Sarah was the best host we ever could have asked for.  I can't say enough about how great this property was.

						This house is immaculate.  So much space for a group.  Very clean.  Sarah is a fabulous host.  Great views.  Every bedroom having its own bathroom was so convenient.  There were baby goats outside the balcony--that was just a cute bonus.  We booked this house the day before, because the original house we booked was atrocious.  This was a million times better, and Sarah was the best host we ever could have asked for.  I can't say enough about how great this property was.

					Our family (2 adults plus 4 kids) stayed at this villa the week between Christmas and New Year's.  We found the villa as advertised. It had more than enough room for our family plus guests staying in the area.  The kitchen was well stocked with tools plus the basics, and we enjoyed cooking / grilling and eating outside by the pool when we weren't eating at restaurants. While the pool area does not have a water view (that's limited to some of the bedrooms) the lush landscaping makes it a wonderful place to hang out with family and friends, and the pool is plenty large.   The location is convenient to Orient Bay, Pinel Island ferry, and Grand Case (all places we visited) and the home is located in a seemingly very safe area.  Sarah was extremely communicative and responsive, quickly addressing our limited needs. It's still an island and it's not a five-start resort so don't expect high-pressure showers or luxury linens, but all in all a fabulous getaway spot.

						Agreable séjour, villa spacieuse, bien située, belle piscine, tout ça malgré 2 jours sans eau ( donc pas de lessive, pas de douche apres la plage, ni de vaisselles...) un problème avec Canal + ( pour les matchs de foot surtout), plus de gaz pour le BBQ, une fuite d’eau dans une chambre suite à un orage, pas de lumiere dans la piscine...on a dû contacter Sarah tous les jours pour ces soucis, elle a essayé de resoudre tous ces problèmes malheureusement parfois en retard. Des petites choses qui parfois gache des bons moments agreable en famille surtout au vu des prestations.

It is by Le Martin boutique hotel if using Google Maps. It is in a quieter cul-de-sac, but it is an easy 10 minute drive to Grand Case or Orient Bay Beach which has plenty of amazing restaurants and beach spots. I would recommend a car, but we navigated easily with a big group using local drivers. I am very happy with my decision and would hands down go to one of Sarah's properties again!

The pictures online actually do not do it justice because the house and the pool were a lot bigger than I thought! The villa is large, clean and decorated in a very boho/zen vibe, which is perfect. I loved that each room had its own bathroom and every room has a view of water or mountains. It was hard to find initially, but Sarah  met us there to personally let us and give us a tour (nice touch!). Once we found the villa it was more than easy to tell our taxi/drivers. 					We had a wonderful time in Cul de Sac, and the house was perfect for our group.
