The Property
Set in the quiet hills of Cul de Sac on the French side of Saint-Martin, this charming Creole-style villa is designed for easy island living. It offers the perfect blend of space, privacy, and comfort — ideal for families or groups of friends.
Step inside to a bright and spacious living area, including a TV lounge with Netflix, an open-plan dining space with a large table, and a fully equipped kitchen with generous counter space for preparing meals. The living room is air-conditioned for year-round comfort and includes a dedicated workspace for those mixing business with leisure.
The villa features four bedrooms:
- The first, located on the ground floor, includes a private bathroom and direct access to a cozy outdoor sitting area.
- Upstairs, three additional bedrooms each have their own modern bathroom. The master suite opens onto a private terrace with views of the sea and Orient Bay, while the other two rooms offer lagoon views from their windows and glass doors.
