Vacation Rentals in St Martin

This is on our regular rotation. It’s a very nice place with great staff and food. I tried the cod with squash brûlée this time and really enjoyed it. I may try the scallops next time. I decided I like the lobster bisque better than the mozzarella panna coto. I might try foie gras too.

Perfect spot near the beaches and great restaurants. Safe and secure, clean and comfortable. Host was extremely friendly and helpful.

The apartment is exactly as described and seen in pictures. It contained all that your would need to stay. Everything was modern, new and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the TV was great and responsive. I loved that we had coffee and a washing machine. The shower was well appointed and there was plenty of hot water and towels. There is limited privacy, the walk way is directly behind the studio. So a different times of day, guest would walk behind the apartment. I did not find it to be a problem and it was minimal, The pool is a few steps away, large, clean and well maintained. The beach is right across the street as well and restaurants a few steps away, including bars and live music. Val was very responsive. I would highly recommend this studio. Do not hesitate to book.

Maxime was our caterer on our wedding day. And I must say he and his whole team were so so great!! We did not have to think about anything, they showed up on time and carried on even when Jerry, the tropical storm passed by with a lot of rain. His team continued to work effortlessly and soaking wet.

They are Friendly & professional. Maxime really knows what he is doing, and makes sure everything is prepared (from scouting the location before the wedding day to proof cooking and letting us taste all the food/dishes at our place). He really knows his profession and loves what he does.

And the food, the fooooood. It was so good! Weeks later I still get compliments of our wedding guests about the food. People say you never eat on your own wedding day but when you have Maxime as your caterer you will eat!🥰

Besides I’m glutenfree and EVERYTHING was glutenfree and delicious.

Let me start off by saying, “WoooOooW”!!! I have visited the island many times and you will be hard pressed to find a better value than this. From the greeting at check in, the welcome drinks and snacks, the location of the property and friendly staff, these are just a few things that make this property top tier. Everything was provided as described and in good working condition. The one thing i normally travel with i failed to pack. I reached out to our host Chelsea to see if by chance she had it and to my surprise she was able to provide it for me, this was awesome! Cant wait to return.

This was my first time on the island and Thomas made it such an amazing time!! His place is beautiful! It’s clean, has everything you need, and only steps away from the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

This was a great stay!! This location is private and clean and the views were incredible! It looks nice like in the photos and has a good layout that separates you from other units. The infinity pool and its own views were sensational! I recommend getting a car especially to move around the island. Jerome was great and also told us about the nearby beaches which were beautiful with amazing sunsets. Other than that, he was out of sight. Definitely would stay here again.And we happened to be the only ones vacationing there during this time so that was definitely a plus!Additionally: We were delayed on the Island due to a storm but Jerome easily accommodated us with additional nights which was nice because of how nice the property is.

I visited this place between September 21-October 2nd. It is a beautiful, clean place 2 min walk from the beach. The host Pierre and Isabella were very nice and pleasant, and easy to communicate with. I will recommend this place. Dmitry and Natalia

My wife and I arrived in St Maarten on a cruise ship. Since we had never been to the French side, we had arranged for a driver to take us to Bikini Beach Restaurant on Orient Beach. It was not crowded at all. We opted to rent chairs and umbrella in the first row. They charge different amounts depending on what row you choose. The chairs were super comfortable with thick padding. We were surprised they even had bar service on the beach. The server was excellent. He was around when needed but did not annoy us to keep purchasing food/drinks. The vendors on the beach were a different story. They all want to give massages or sing you a song for money. The beach was nice and the restaurant even had cleaned the seaweed off the sand before we arrived. The water was a bit churned up compared to other stops on our cruise, but we would not hesitate to return in the future.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bien d exception fait avec goût et de beaux matériaux. Le tout se fond dans la nature, avec une vue imprenable. On s est senti comme dans un cocon, c etait juste parfait. De plus Jérôme est un hôte qui prend soin de ses clients et acceuillant. Nous recommandons vivement, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

I decided to have my special Birthday dinner here and I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner of this fine establishment, and he was charming, patient and attentive along with the staff.
My friend ordered the lamb chops which were beautifully prepared and presented although she commented that they were on the small side. I ordered the Lamb Shank and enjoyed every morsel.
This was followed by the profiteroles, and washed down with a beautiful Peach Bellini and complimentary shots of their homemade ginger rum.
I look forward to returning next year when I can have their legendary Lobster Thermidor!
Not cheap by UK standards but the service and food were top tier!!

The stay was amazing , and even when our flight was canceled he was very understanding and dependable! Great area right near the beach and near plenty of restaurants. Definitely will book again when we’re back home!

Derek was awesome and the underwater park is spectacular! It was a wonderful outing and we saw beautiful aquatic life, too.

This place exceeded our expectations. We did have a little trouble finding but Jerome met us and we followed him. He was very responsive the entire time. All area was very clean. The infinity pool and view was the highlight of the stay. We had to ourselves which was a plus. I recommend for couples who want some quiet romantic time. My husband and I are already talking about going back. Lastly please get a rental car it’s needed.

Le séjour s’est passé La localisation du Airbnb est optimal puisqu’elle se situe entre les deux parties Le logement est beau, bien décoré, et les lumières rajoutent beaucoup de charme L’accessibilité à l’espace de sport est un plus sympathique Le jacuzzi est agréable, mais certaines fonctions étaient en panne quand nous y étions malheureusementPour autant nous recommandons et reviendrons avec plaisir !

My wife and I truly loved this stay. Jerome was excellent to work with and the property is phenomenal. Jerome is very responsive, kind and accommodating.

The location was only about 10 minutes from great food spots. Also was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely book again.

Great lobster Thermidor. We went here twice in one week it was so good. Great drinks to french atmosphere, we will be back.

We visited in September, a month when many restaurants on the French side were closed. We appreciated an excellent meal at this location that stayed open for customers 🩷

Really enjoyed everything we ate. Their ginger rum was unique and so good! Espresso martini was excellent too.

Highly recommend – This was the best and most unique snorkeling experience I’ve ever had! It’s like snorkeling in an art exhibit plus you have the incredible marine life all around you. Less than a 10 minute walk from the cruise ship port. Ashley was a magnificent guide. The owner was on our tour and she was an incredible person who told us all about the history of the sculptures and how they are made. Truly a wonderful, personalized and local experience.

The place was fantastic—right next to the beach with pool access directly from the terrace. It was spotless and conveniently located near a grocery store and several restaurants. We loved staying on the French side of the island; it was definitely less crowded and very peaceful. Highly recommend!
