La casa de Francois es hermosa, sumamente equipada y decorada con muy buen gusto! Esta a la vuelta de la playa de Orient beach y tambien de los restaurantes de la zona. La piscina es hermosa, los dormitorios comodos, sabanas y toallas impecables. Recomiendo muchisimo alojarse en esta casita cerca de la playa!! Gracias Francois y Laurette por su amable atención!

Sarah’s place was the perfect spot for our girls trip! Walkable to grocery, restaurants, bars, and beach and exactly as described. Sarah is super responsive and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay 🙂

Located in the heart of Grand Case, Bistro Caraibes is a long time favorite of so many people. We have been going there since they opened, and it is our favorite restaurant among the many excellent places to dine. We’ve gone there as a couple and with various sized groups of friends, up to twelve people.
Always excellent service and the food is outstanding. Quite a variety and something for everyone.
Of course, my favorite is the lobster Thermidor. So so good!
We usually start with a shared escargot appetizer in creamy mushroom sauce, and end with the crème brûlée. Classic vanilla always. I always judge others crème brûlée against Bistrot Caraibes since it’s the gold standard.
Actually, we always finish with their ginger rhum. A perfect end to a perfect night.

I loved rainbow beach club, all 3 pools were great, had parking, friendly neighbors, and walking distance to market and restaurants, and of course the stairs leading for be beach. mullet beach is walkable too. Mike & Rosalyn were the best host! They gave clear instructions and kept communication open if I had any questions. The place was clean and had what you needed. Will most definitely return to beautiful Sint Maarten and book with Mike & Rosalyn again.

Beautifully appointed apartment in Orient Bay with everything you need. Great for our holiday with our grown children and granddaughter. Host is very pleasant and responsive. Outdoor space was a big plus to enjoy the warm weather. Access to the pool was a bonus Short walk to water and into town for restaurants and grocery stores.

We went on a girls trip to ST Martin on Orient beach. This property could not have been more perfect for us. Everything you could possibly want was a short walk away. Fabulous restaurants, market, bakery and a beautiful beach right across the street. Sarah was an excellent host and very responsive to any questions we had. We really couldn’t have been more fortunate to find this jewel. Short taxi ride to Grand Case and Marigot was a plus. Pool was delightful as well as the Wai beach club across the street. I stayed here with my big family. My wife and I, 4 kids, 2 grandparents. Everyone was extremely comfortable. The beds and linens are above average. The apartment was spotlessly clean when I checked in and was larger than the photos suggested it would be. Kitchen is adequately equipped for light cooking. There are 2 grocery stores and several restaurants very close by. The views off of the cliff side pool deck are amazing. Great pools and quiet surroundings. Neighbors are all nice retired folks so if you want to come party here, stay away. The hosts were attentive to my needs and delivered a few extra towels. I don’t have anything else to say except for thank you so much for a perfect vacation!

This is the second time we’ve stayed in Saint Martin in one of Delphine’s properties and the state was amazing her apartment is decorated beautifully. It’s very clean convenient to the beach many places to eat for dinner and a small shopping arcade. It has a beautiful backyard and Delphine has great communication. We will definitely come back again.

We loved our 10 day stay! The location is the best on the island! Hard to believe that at least 9 great restaurants are within a few steps! You don’t see this many restaurants together, except in Europe. The unit is modern, clean and right on the beach. We highly recommend both this apartment and Thomas as Host!

Vanessa’s place was stunning . She was the best host . She was very attentive and anything we needed she responded immediately. Pictures don’t do justice of how beautiful this place is . Will definitely be looking forward to staying here again in the future .

Great location for walkable beaches and easy drives to see other parts of the island. Unit was spacious and had everything we needed including comfortable mattresses and nice shampoo, conditioner, and body wash which was nice to not have to pack! Hosts were very friendly and communicative to make our stay very pleasant.

We all like our food and atmosphere of Le Cottage. Especially, I like their dissert, too. I highly reccomend Le Cottage to anyone visiting Grand Case.

Sarah was very responsive and helpful. We loved the place and staying in Alamanda, with a beautiful pool and perfect location could not be better! Thank you so much!

We spent two weeks at this beautiful home. Philip was a wonderful host. It’s a great location. Two of our favorite beaches were a short drive. Grocery store and pharmacy close by. We loved taking the kayaks to Pinel. I’d absolutely stay at this peaceful home again.

We had 2 gloroius sunny weeks beggining of January in this lovely ground floor apartment on the Costa Caraibes Domain Orient Bay.It was a very well equipt place which was clean and modern and nicely refurbished all fully air-conditioned Big kitchen had a range of appliances, but no Airfryer 😉 a dishwasher and washing machine and all brand new china,cutlery,glasswear and pots and pans plus a Breakfast Bar and 2 stoolsThe bathroom had large powerfull shower with plenty of towels, hairdryer and lots of storage,there was a seperate toiletThe double bed was massive a very comfortable with double wardrobes and lots of hangers!A large bright lounge with TV, Netflix,You tube etc( but you need an account to use them)The large terrace outside was ideal for meals or just relaxing on the sunbeds or outdoor furnitureJust minute walk to the beach or the 2 pools were directly in front of the apartment + there were 4 beach chairs,umberela !!A comfortable and smart place GREAT

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at this apartment. The location cannot be beat. The beach was so close and we were surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and a grocery store was across the street. Also, we would like to thank Laurette for assisting us and responding quickly to our messages.We would definitely love to stay here again!

Excellent meal and great service. Had the Triggerfish and Lamb Shepard Pie. Both were delicious; the best meal of the week.

It’s my birthday and I’m ready for my lobster. Love going to Bistro Caraibe located Grand Case where they always have lobster my way. We had a great night with a few friends. Service was outstanding as always, and Food was just as good. Be sure to taste the foie gras appetizer

Amzing staff, great communication from prior to check in - when we were delayed at the airport through our checkout. Staff was friendly and offered suggestions for dining. Very useful kitchen with enough pots/ pans, utensils to cook small meals. Easy and quick beach and dining access, easy to park car. They even had a small cooler and beach chairs for us to use. We could not have chosen a better location on the island for our first visit!

We loved the Airbnb! The interior of the home and the bedrooms is very comfortable and spacious. It has all the appliances and kitchen ware you would have at home. Beds are very comfortable and the AC in the home works very well! The exterior pool, hot tub, table, bbq and VIEW was amazing. We made great use of the provided beach, chairs, and umbrella along with the beach toys. Laurette (Francois assistant) is amazing! She responded to us immediately whenever we had any questions or concerns. There was an issue with the dryer and the replace the dryer in less than 24 hours… amazing! Anse Marcel is a beautiful area and the beach is fantastic. Much more relaxed than other areas. You can parked near the beach, 1 minute walk and make a left, a big tree that gives you shade all day! The restaurants and little grocery store were great. Put all your food in the fridge and clean up after meals and you won’t have an aunt issue. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

We had a wonderful experience with our private chef Maxime during our stay in St. Martin. He was prompt, extremely friendly, and a pleasure to have in our Vrbo. The two dinners he prepared were delicious and thoughtfully done, and he left the kitchen absolutely spotless each time. It made our trip feel extra special and completely stress-free. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a high quality in-home dining experience.

Beautiful view that I wish I never had to leave!

L’appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos, propre, spacieux et très bien équipé ! tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour à Orient Bay. L’emplacement est top, proche de la plage et des restaurants, dans un quartier calme.La communication avec Jeff a été fluide, rapide et très arrangeante du début à la fin. On s’est senti vraiment bien accueilli.Merci pour tout ! je recommande vivement et je reviendrai sans hésiter ! 🌴🙏

Maravilloso apartamento. Delphine super atenta y amigable. Me encanto el cambio de sabanas y toallas semanalmente, eso es un gran detalle. La casita muy confortable y cerca de la playa, muy bien decorada, la cama grande y muy comoda. Me he quedado en varios lugares en san martin y de seguro este es el mejor. Volvere a casa de Delphine.

My family (husband, two children 6 & 3 + my parents) flew to St. Martin from Canada and Francois' home in Orient Bay was our first stop. Prior to our trip, Francois promptly answered more than a handful of questions that my dad and I had, and had all his local recommendations highlighted and organized in helpful PDFs. When we arrived (in the dark) we were stunned at the space, size and cleanliness of the condo. It is beautiful! The next day we woke up to what has to be the best view of Orient Beach - the ocean consisting of various hues of blue and green, white powder sand and an expansive look at it all from the balcony and top guest room. The other two rooms have views of the pastel homes nestled amongst the lush rolling hills where the sun sets. Francois's home is superb and Orient Bay itself is trendy, quaint and chic all at once, with amazing food options and very walkable. My kids loved the beach and the large pool (which we had to ourselves) - both only a few steps away!

Great location, Delphine was easy to communicate with and promptly replied to my messages. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. Cute little back yard. Was quiet at night after the “dinner rush” was over at the restaurants.
