The villa offers a unique view of the Caribbean Sea, from the magnificent Marigot Bay to the Creole Rock, a snorkeling site located in front of Grand Case, the gastronomic capital of the Caribbean.
You can sip a cocktail in front of a magnificent sunset and all this without leaving the pool.
A 150 m2 exotic wood terrace surrounds a beautiful 6 mx 3 m swimming pool, not overlooked.
You can relax on the outdoor sofas or on the deckchairs and have lunch in the shade of the cazebo.
You will also find a ping-pong table, table football, pool fries, and even an outdoor shower.
If necessary in winter, at the end of the day, you can treat yourself to the luxury of activating the pool heating for absolute comfort.
The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers.
It is equipped with high-speed fiber Internet via WIFI, as well as air conditioning in all bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom with dressing room, and also a sea view.
The rooms are equipped with mosquito nets if necessary.
The kitchen open to the living room offers a beautiful panorama of the sea. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes… nothing is missing!

The living room has a large sofa, facing a television connected to the Internet with Netflix, and all French, Canadian and American channels, and a large bay window facing the swimming pool and the sea.
All household linen is provided: sheets, towels, beach towels, tea towels and bath mats.
The villa is located in the private subdivision of Savanna, a very quiet and secure area, located between the beaches of Friar’s Bay and Grande Case.
