The Accommodation Breathtaking ocean views, peace, and ample living space. Easy beach access and close to Marigot, St. Martin’s main town.

Guests can walk to Friars Bay Beach and drive to all other tourist attractions, including beaches, sites to see, and local markets for fruits and other specialties. If asked, I am available to provide information and advice, but I remain discreet during their stay.

Enjoy the quiet and tranquility. Friars Bay Beach is easily accessible and features a delightful beach restaurant.

The villa is a 5-minute drive from Marigot. I provide my phone number and necessary information for easy villa access.

Guests have walking access to Friars Bay Beach and driving access to all other tourist attractions, including beaches, sites to visit, and local fruit and specialty markets.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well equipped and set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views out over the ocean. The private pool and gardens make for a peaceful and relaxing location just a 10 minute walk from the lovely Friars Bay beach. Veronique was a thoughtful host who met us on arrival and showed us around the villa. The private villa bedrooms make this an ideal place for families or multiple couples and the pool deck and patio are large enough to gather to enjoy meals together. We look forward to returning next season!

Hummingbird Villa lived up to its name!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is well equipped and set in beautiful surroundings with fantastic views out over the ocean. The private pool and gardens make for a peaceful and relaxing location just a 10 minute walk from the lovely Friars Bay beach. Veronique was a thoughtful host who met us on arrival and showed us around the villa. The private villa bedrooms make this an ideal place for families or multiple couples and the pool deck and patio are large enough to gather to enjoy meals together. We look forward to returning next season!

Nous avons voyagé à 8 adultes, en famille. Le logement s'y prête très bien. Il est bien équipé, bien entretenu, au calme avec une vue magnifique.
De suite nous avons compris à qui nous avions à faire. Quelqu'un de très propre et de soignée, à l'image du bien qu'elle vous met à disposition.
Véronique s'est d'abord intéressée à nous, à nos motivations pour ensuite nous conseiller sur le quoi faire, les bonnes adresses et ce qu'il faut éviter.

Nous avons voyagé à 8 adultes, en famille. Le logement s'y prête très bien. Il est bien équipé, bien entretenu, au calme avec une vue magnifique.
De suite nous avons compris à qui nous avions à faire. Quelqu'un de très propre et de soignée, à l'image du bien qu'elle vous met à disposition.
Véronique s'est d'abord intéressée à nous, à nos motivations pour ensuite nous conseiller sur le quoi faire, les bonnes adresses et ce qu'il faut éviter.
Encore merci pour cette belle villa qui à contribuer à magnifier cette première expérience à Saint-Martin.

A peaceful oasis and a wonderful central hub to enjoy the island. After our daily excursions and days at different beaches it was a joy to come back and unwind, enjoy the deck and pool, and watch the sunsets with a beverage in hand. The separate guest chalets allowed for privacy while the main house provided a collective space for socializing. Had everything we would hope for, the grounds are soothing and relaxing.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique en famille dans cette sublime villa. Une vraie parenthèse dans un cadre merveilleux où nous avons pu apprécier le magnifique jardin, le calme des lieux, la vue et les espaces de la villa indépendants et très bien aménagés . Un énorme merci à nos hôtes qui ont été d'une grande gentillesse et toujours à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Nous avons passé un séjour idyllique en famille dans cette sublime villa. Une vraie parenthèse dans un cadre merveilleux où nous avons pu apprécier le magnifique jardin, le calme des lieux, la vue et les espaces de la villa indépendants et très bien aménagés . Un énorme merci à nos hôtes qui ont été d'une grande gentillesse et toujours à l'écoute. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

We were two families with small children and the layout of the place (two cabins separate from the main house) allowed for lots of privacy while the large outdoor patio area allowed us to hang out during the day, play games, eat while admiring the beautiful ocean view as well as the sunset. The walk to the family friendly beach is about 10 minutes with children (quicker for adults) and it's a beautiful beach!

We like to cook and the the kitchen had all the amenities required for cooking. On top of that, Véronique was very responsive in case we needed something extra. I've been to many airbnb's but I have to say Véronique is possibly the best and the most relax host that I've interacted with which made our trip very memorable.

I highly recommend this airbnb and will stay here again if I go back to Saint Martin.

This is absolutely the place to stay on the island. Beautiful home that is so close to a very natural beach with cute beach bars. We realized we should have rented a car to go to the grocery store and see the island. Veronique was so helpful in connecting us with a rental car. Sebastian was very kind too! The bungalows allowed guest privacy. I will miss having breakfast on the patio and admiring the ocean view!
