Very beautiful family home in the heart of Friar’s Bay, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. It’s the perfect place for your next getaway to Saint-Martin.

There you will find a large contemporary American kitchen which opens onto a welcoming living room, extended by a covered terrace where you can relax.

In the sleeping area, two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers and a toilet upstairs for your comfort.

Outside, you will relax in a sublime tropical garden where banana trees rub shoulders with bougainvillea and other exotic marvels. Not forgetting an outdoor laundry room for your convenience.

You can also enjoy the residence’s swimming pool, located right next to the house.

Everything is provided for your comfort during your stay at the villa and travelers are also received with a touch of sweetness: refreshments and a bottle of rum, delicately prepared with local fruits and painted by hand.

I stayed here for a month and it was even better than I expected. The photos don't do the water view, outdoor space or beautiful gardens justice. I loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and dinner outside in the evenings.

The house was equipped with everything I needed for my stay, the bed was super comfortable, and Stephanie was quick to answer any questions I had.

The house is a 3-minute walk from the beach and there's a neighborhood pool just down the steps. It's a quiet and friendly little village, with two beach bars. There are two casual restaurants a 3-minute drive away. You will need a car as it's not walkable to grocery stores etc but it's well worth it - I visited many beaches and in my opinion Friar's Bay is one of the best.

Make sure to take the trail from Friar's Bay beach over the hill to the secluded Happy Bay beach - it is only accessible by foot.
