Outdoor Space: Our expansive terrace, accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room, features sliding doors that open up to a breathtaking oceanfront setting. Perfect for dining al fresco or lounging, the double terrace is furnished with dining chairs, chaise lounges, and conversation chairs for enjoying views of Simpson Bay Beach, the ocean, and our private complex pool. An electric George Foreman BBQ is available for convenient grilling.

Bedrooms: The condo boasts an ocean-facing primary bedroom with a king bed, a bay-facing bedroom with a queen bed and a twin sofa sleeper, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. With en-suite bathrooms and various sleeping configurations, we comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 1 child (6+ years, additional 35€ a night).

Features and Access: Enjoy the ease of keyless entry, video intercom, private parking, and a security guard from 6 pm to 6 am. Positioned on the third floor, accessible via elevator or stairs, our condo offers privacy, unobstructed views, and tropical breezes. Each room has its own modern, quiet air-conditioning unit. Cleaning Service: A weekly maid service is included, with a 1-day gap between bookings for extensive cleaning and sanitization.
