Very pleasant to live in with Creole decoration, this spacious villa is nestled in the heart of Cul de Sac, in a secure, quiet area, on the French part of the island.
A large swimming pool, plenty of space to entertain families, friends indoors, outdoors, sea views from the rooms, located minutes from the beautiful lagoon of Cul de Sac and the island of Pinel, experience the ultimate Caribbean getaway.

Enter the villa and let yourself be seduced by the space: a large living room and a living room with television (Netflix) which open onto the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool. This space is also air-conditioned, so it never gets too hot, even in summer. The fully equipped kitchen has ample work space for preparing gourmet meals. The dining room is equipped with a large table, making it an ideal place to enjoy meals together. The living room also has a dedicated space for working.
The first bedroom, with its private bathroom and outdoor seating area, is on the ground floor.

Upstairs, the three bedrooms all have a spacious and modern bathroom. The master bedroom has a private terrace offering beautiful views of the sea and Orient Beach. The other two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a single bed, the other with a double bed) offer views of the lagoon from the windows and glass doors.

Step outside and be greeted by the beautiful outdoor tropical oasis that awaits you. The large swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip or simply lounging by the water with a tropical drink in hand. Part of the pool is shallow, making it ideal for children. The spacious terrace offers plenty of space for sunbathing or enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. The tropical garden and mountainous backdrop will make you feel like you’re in your own private paradise.

We had a wonderful time in Cul de Sac, and the house was perfect for our group. We were nervous about finding the place (Apple Maps doesn’t work well on the island) but Sarah sent us a link and met us at the property. She was responsive and attentive. The property had everything we needed and more.

A 10-12 minute drive to Orient Beach, which is fantastic and where we went every day. Also excellent restaurants next to where you park to go to the beach, which were arranged very user-friendly for the 2 kids -- 15 months and 3 years. And a nice pool which was larger than I thought it would be.

Très bon logement, Sarah est toujours à l'écoute et prend régulièrement des nouvelles pour savoir si tout se passe bien et si nous avons besoin de quelqu'un pour la piscine ou autre.
Elle est très accueillante, la maison était comme décrite sur l'annonce, avec tous les services prévues, merci pour tout 🙏

The place was modern, clean and spacious. Communication and response time from Sarah 's assistant Elizabeth was polite and quick. A sufficient amount of towels and a hair dryer would have been great addition. However, my party of nine did enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Sarah and Elisabeth for allowing us for a 30 minute late checkout.
