Francois and his villa made for one of the best weeks of our lives. The villa is beautiful. The pool, fully stocked kitchen and back yard grill made relaxing at home very enjoyable. The beach is a 1 minute walk (if that) and along the beach are many bars that will bring you drinks while you relax in a beach chair. At night there are restaurants and bars.m. We did have some trouble finding the villa but Francois came and got us in. Can’t say enough about how great a host he was. Can’t wait to come back next year.

Location, location, location! Everything was walkable including beach (1 block), restaurants (many within a block), and market! Francois was a great host and was super responsive. The home was perfect! Pool was secluded and just as described. We would stay here again!

Très grande maison très bien située à 2 minutes de la superbe plage de sable fin. À 5 minutes à pied de l’épicerie et des services. Très facile de se déplacer par taxi. Excellents restaurants sur la plage, à proximité. François est très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins et à nos questions. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Très confortable pour 6 personnes. Piscine profonde très utilisée! Ne pas oublier d’envoyer un texto à François en arrivant à l’aéroport pour signaler notre arrivée.

Stayed at this lovely home during the week between Christmas and new years.

House was recently renovated and pristine. All 3 beds were quite comfortable and the pool and yard were outstanding. The pool even had a heater.

Francois is a great host. Friendly and highly responsive. He even met us at the entrance to the community and we followed him to the house.

I was a little worried about the lack of reviews, but this house is updated and fantastic.

You can walk to the beach and Orient Bay village in under 5 minutes. Restaurants were amazing as always.

Would definitely stay here again, and would definitely rent from Francois again!

We stayed at the villa just before Christmas. Francois’s directions were clear and he met us to show us around and was very friendly, which was nice after a long day of travel. Everyone in our group had their own bedroom/bathroom. The Villa was immaculate and had many high-end touches, including the linens and beach towels and beach bags. Everything appeared brand new, including the beds, which were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean and well appointed with plenty of glassware, plates and pots and pans to cook meals. The pool area is private and the outdoor furniture is new and comfortable. A cleaning service came halfway through our stay, which was nice. It was our first time in St Martin and we loved being able to walk to the grocery store which had fine French foods and was affordable. We enjoyed the many walkable restaurants and especially the bakery and crêperie. Beach is a 1 min walk and is clean and beautiful. Highly recommend this Villa!

Amazing location, host and home! The pool and backyard were great for hanging out and you can walk to multiple restaurants and the beach within minutes. The host was responsive to all our needs and made great recommendations. Don’t hesitate and book now!
