The reservation will only be effective when the deposit payment (25% of the total rental price) is validated and after an invoice has been issued by the agency.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival (you will received a secure payment link by email).
If you book less than 30 days before your arrival, the total price of the stay is to be paid in full upon booking.

Cancellation After 48 Hours and Up to 30 Days Before Arrival:
Change of plans? No problem. Cancel more than 30 days before your arrival for a full refund, minus a nominal 3% banking fee.
Within 30 Days of Arrival:
Life is full of surprises, but please be aware that cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are not eligible for a refund. We encourage you to finalize your plans before this window to avoid any inconvenience.
If you do not show up or if you leave the accommodation prematurely: no refund.
