Duplex 605 – Orient Bay

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation at this apartment. The location cannot be beat. The beach was so close and we were surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and a grocery store was across the street. Also, we would like to thank Laurette for assisting us and responding quickly to our messages.We would definitely love to stay here again!

Great location in the village square directly above La Trattoria. Francios and Laurette were timely and helpful. The unit was clean and well appointed and had what we needed, except there was a toaster oven instead of a microwave. My only complaint was that the bedroom was up a flight of stair that lacked a handrail, which if you have mobility issues might be difficult to navigate. The bed was comfy with nice sheets. Towels were nice. Had a cistern which is important in OB. We've stayed at many of the AirBnBs in Orient bay and this unit is better than most. I especially like that the porch faces due east so you don't get blasted by the sun in the morning during winter. Would definitely rent again.

Petite épicerie à proximité, donc possibilité de cuisiner facilement sur place. Nous avons bien apprécié la petite terrasse. À proximité de la plage et très facile de se déplacer en voiture pour visiter les autres attraits de l’Ile.
Les hôtes répondent rapidement à nos questions. Notre séjour a été très agréable!

Absolutely Perfect Stay in St. Martin!
Our stay at this beachfront apartment in St. Martin was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views, the prime location, and the incredible hospitality of our host, François, and the manager, Laure.
The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch—from a fully stocked kitchen to super comfortable beds and a lovely balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee with the sound of the waves.
The location was perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the island!
François and Laure went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. They were always responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. It truly felt like a home away from home!

One minute away from the beach, the Supermarket is across the street and dinner restaurants downstairs.

Had an amazing stay at Francois apartment! It’s located right in the heart of orient bay (quite literally) as you walk down you are surrounded by some of the best restaurants and food I’ve ever ate, mainly I had the best New York strip steak at one of the restaurants. The beach is walking distance and you have a grocery store close by and anything else you need.

Lastly, the balcony was one of my favorite parts, i would lay down on the edge and just listen to the ocean and people. When the have events below you can watch from the balcony. Truly magical

If you are considering booking this AirBnB, do it! This was one of the best AirBnB experiences we have had. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and despite being in the middle of everything, felt entirely peaceful. The chatter from restaurants below was a nice evening ambience. Hosts were friendly and responsive. Excellent value!
