					My family (husband, two children 6 & 3 + my parents) flew to St. Martin from Canada and Francois' home in Orient Bay was our first stop.  Prior to our trip, Francois promptly answered more than a handful of questions that my dad and I had, and had all his local recommendations highlighted and organized in helpful PDFs.  When we arrived (in the dark) we were stunned at the space, size and cleanliness of the condo.  It is beautiful!  The next day we woke up to what has to be the best view of Orient Beach - the ocean consisting of various hues of blue and green, white powder sand and an expansive look at it all from the balcony and top guest room.  The other two rooms have views of the pastel homes nestled amongst the lush rolling hills where the sun sets.  Francois's home is superb and Orient Bay itself is trendy, quaint and chic all at once, with amazing food options and very walkable.  My kids loved the beach and the large pool (which we had to ourselves) - both only a few steps away!

					Wow!  This place was fantastic! Much nicer and more spacious than any other place we've stayed on Orient Beach.  The balcony was perfect - amazing view of the ocean but still very private.  We loved having a dining table on the porch and also one inside.  The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed having beach chairs and noodles.Everyone in our group agreed that we will absolutely stay here again when we come back to St. Martin.

						Wow!  This place was fantastic! Much nicer and more spacious than any other place we've stayed on Orient Beach.  The balcony was perfect - amazing view of the ocean but still very private.  We loved having a dining table on the porch and also one inside.  The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed having beach chairs and noodles.Everyone in our group agreed that we will absolutely stay here again when we come back to St. Martin.
					
					Francois and his assistant Laurette were fantastic! Extremely accommodating and helpful with everything.  They also assisted us with restaurant reservations with VIP treatment when needed.

					Will definitely stay here again when staying in St Martin. The apartment was well maintained, very clean, and everything was well beyond our expectations. Beautiful view of the ocean/beach and a lovely ocean breeze on the patio. Grocery store and many restaurants within walking distance. Francois and his assistant were so nice and friendly. We had a couple of small minor issues but they were addressed immediately. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

					Quel appartement incroyable, tout était plus que parfait, l'emplacement, les commodités, c'est un No Brainer si vous voulez profiter de Baie Orientale.
