			Great location, very safe for kids. Beach, Stores and restaurants within 2 minute walk. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. 			The rental was perfect! We loved the location in Orient Bay, with beach access in 3 minutes, pool,  lounge chairs, many restaurants nearby, food store, and parking space! The rental had great ac, comfortable beds, awesome shower, terrific kitchen,  and excellent view! The host was flexible and very responsive! We will definitely rent again! 			BUGS IN THE BEDS! Beware of property manager Francois.He requested off-app communication upon check-in,which was odd. My wife injured her foot on a glass shard from a cracked glass desk the first day.We found bugs in both beds and informed Francois.He promised extermination but we were uncomfortable staying.We asked if he had another property where we could stay our remaining 9 days.He said he did not have anything at the moment.We then asked for a refund for our remaining nine days as he had no alternative accommodation.He agreed to refund me via text, so we booked elsewhere.However, he didn’t open a case with Airbnb after we checked out as promised and stopped responding.He then accused me via Airbnb arbitration  of just trying to end my reservation early.Airbnb said they couldn’t help us get our $2500 refund.Francois claimed we left without cleaning, but we only left in haste without causing damage.This has been our worst Airbnb experience. We loved this beautiful spacious, very clean townhouse. Outdoor patio & upstairs balcony with views. Quick Walk to pools & beach & Village restaurants- we only used our rental car to go to grocery!

Well equipped kitchen & nice bedding. 

Great for us as a couple ( or family) but not ideal for 2 couples since there are 2 baths but 1 shared toilet upstairs.

Host was very easy to work with. Recommend arriving in daylight since our delayed flight forced us to drive from airport in dark & search for townhouse numbers.
