			We loved the Airbnb! The interior of the home and the bedrooms is very comfortable and spacious. It has all the appliances and kitchen ware you would have at home. Beds are very comfortable and the AC in the home works very well! The exterior pool, hot tub, table, bbq and VIEW was amazing. We made great use of the provided beach, chairs, and umbrella along with the beach toys. Laurette (Francois assistant) is amazing! She responded to us immediately whenever we had any questions or concerns. There was an issue with the dryer and the replace the dryer in less than 24 hours… amazing! Anse Marcel is a beautiful area and the beach is fantastic. Much more relaxed than other areas. You can parked near the beach, 1 minute walk and make a left, a big tree that gives you shade all day! The restaurants and little grocery store were great. Put all your food in the fridge and clean up after meals and you won’t have an aunt issue. 						Great view,  extremely comfortable beds and pillows, kitchen well stocked and easy to cook in- 5 min drive to Pinel (one of our favs), shops and Anse Marcel literally down the hill. Great spot for the price for this side of the island! Each bedroom very private and well set up with en suite bathrooms :)

			This was our 3rd stay on the island and if you want to be away from the tourists this is your spot. As other reviews mention, it is quite hilly to get there but you are rewarded with a stunning view. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Laurette met us and made us feel right at home. We loved listening to the frogs at night and you could even hear the waves below. The nature trail across the road right below is a must. The only downside was mosquito bites and the red ants but it’s the tropics and it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again. The host does supply bug spray. 						This was our 3rd stay on the island and if you want to be away from the tourists this is your spot. 			Francois was very responsive and helpful.  The villa was welcoming, well equipped and had beautiful decor.  The beds, linens and towels were all top quality.  The outside space was perfect having both covered and exposed patios with plenty of seating and was the perfect size pool for our family of five.  The views were amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and the beach in Anse Marcel was our favorite of all the beaches that we visited. 						Francois was very responsive and helpful.  The villa was welcoming, well equipped and had beautiful decor.  The beds, linens and towels were all top quality.  The outside space was perfect having both covered and exposed patios with plenty of seating and was the perfect size pool for our family of five.  The views were amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and the beach in Anse Marcel was our favorite of all the beaches that we visited. 			Our family (2 teens)  had a great week at the villa. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but Francois came and got us. We liked the quiet and private location. We enjoyed sitting outside every morning and used the pool. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals there. I'd definitely recommend booking it!!		 - 4/26/2025

			Francois was a great responsive host. He guided us to the house and showed us around. The place was squeaky clean and just as the pictures showed. The road was a bit winding and steep to get there but we adjusted and became more comfortable as the week went on. If you’re an older couple, this may not be the place for you as the driveway is steep and you need to drop the trash at the end. The winding stairs inside also might not be ideal for the elderly. Anse Marcel beach is a gem and I love that our place was away from the tourists. It’s super close to the Pinel Ferry and grocery store. Thanks for a great visit!		 - 3/19/2025

La vue est extraordinaire, la décoration est très soignée, la literie est confortable, les équipements sont à la hauteur. 						Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette superbe villa sur les hauteurs de l’Anse Marcel. La vue est extraordinaire, la décoration est très soignée, la literie est confortable, les équipements sont à la hauteur. Tous les soirs nous avons fait des grillades sur la plancha et nous avons profité du grand jacuzzi, un peu moins de la piscine car l’eau était un peu fraîche. Un grand merci à François pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa réactivité.

We checked in, he gave us an overview of the villa and provided us his information to contact him for reservation assistance/local recommendations. He was extremely responsive and so helpful as it was our first time on the island. The villa itself was perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, AC in bedrooms work great, bathrooms are clean and sufficient, kitchen was well equipped with multiple coffee makers, pots, pans, plates etc. there’s a washer and dryer in the villa which was a huge plus for us! The outdoor space is stunning, we grilled on the blackstone one night, jumped in the pool to cool off, lounged on the outdoor furniture and ended each night in the hot tub. 						We are just returning from a wonderful stay at Francois house. The house was just as pictured and perfectly located between our favorite beach at Anse Marcel and nice restaurants in Grand Case. The house is decorated nicely and we made ourselves at home, cooking several dinners in and eating outside for breakfast and dinner (bring your bug spray!). House is fully equipped with beach towels, full kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, cold A/C for the bed rooms and opening the doors and windows on main level keeps that level at great temperature with the ocean breezes.  Francois is super fast with communication.  Be sure to use him to book Bikini Beach (Orient Beach)--free chairs/umbrellas with lunch reservation--a great deal!  Easy access to Anse Marcel Beach, Friar's Bay, and Orient Beach.  Super U is only 8 minutes away and there's a small Petite Casino (mini grocery store with the basics 2 minutes away in Anse Marcel.
