			This house is absolutely lovely! Just as described. We strongly prefer the French side of the island and this home does not disappoint. We made use of the kayaks to go to Pinelle island 2 times where we got chairs and made a lunch reservation- so fun! We did not spend a lot of time in the house but everything was comfortable. The AC worked great, kitchen was well equipped for our needs. There were basics already there like coffee filters, olive oil, some seasoning and coffee. We were only 2 people but I can easily see this place working well for 2 couples or a family. Phillipe was responsive and helpful.		 - 3/11/2025

			WOW.  Phils place is truly the perfect place to enjoy beautiful Saint Martin!  Phil was very easy to communicate with, his home is even prettier than the pictures show, great layout and so cute and comfortable, beds are very comfortable, the dipping pool is clean and refreshing, the kayaks and paddle board were great (we used them everyday of our trip) and the privacy and peace and quiet were unbeatable.
