The Property

This stylish 3-bedroom villa offers one of the most scenic vistas on the island — from the turquoise waters of Marigot Bay to the famous snorkeling site of Creole Rock off Grand Case.

The large terrace (150 m²) surrounds a 6x3m pool with optional heating in cooler months. Completely private and not overlooked, it’s ideal for lounging in the sun, enjoying alfresco dining under the gazebo, or simply floating in the pool as the sun sets over the sea.

For added fun, guests will find an outdoor shower, ping-pong table, football, and pool noodles.

						We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in St. Martin! The house was spacious for a family of four, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool and outdoor living space was a highlight for us – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning surroundings. It was an excellent space overall, and we’d gladly stay here again!
					
					Loved this place!  Nicolas was available at any time with questions!  The view alone is worth the price of admission!  We had a great time watching iguanas in the trees like a tropical paradise.  Me and my wife enjoyed our time very much!

The pool and deck area is very large with an outstanding view of the sea. If you’re looking for privacy, this is an ideal spot as it’s located at the top of a hill within a gated community. After spending a day at the beach, it’s nice to retreat to this quiet environment. Note that a car is needed to get in and out and to get to beaches, stores and restaurants.

The house had everything we needed to cook meals and we had sunset dinners most every night.  We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again if we returned.  The host was very responsive and accommodating.

The house had everything we needed to cook meals and we had sunset dinners most every night.  We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again if we returned.
