The Property

This stylish 3-bedroom villa offers one of the most scenic vistas on the island — from the turquoise waters of Marigot Bay to the famous snorkeling site of Creole Rock off Grand Case.

The large terrace (150 m²) surrounds a 6x3m pool with optional heating in cooler months. Completely private and not overlooked, it’s ideal for lounging in the sun, enjoying alfresco dining under the gazebo, or simply floating in the pool as the sun sets over the sea.

For added fun, guests will find an outdoor shower, ping-pong table, football, and pool noodles.

The pool and deck area is very large with an outstanding view of the sea. If you’re looking for privacy, this is an ideal spot as it’s located at the top of a hill within a gated community. 			Villa Sea View was absolutely beautiful!  The location was great and the view was amazing!  It also had many great little extras like comfy beds and good water pressure.  The house had everything we needed to cook meals and we had sunset dinners most every night.  We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again if we returned. Plenty to do at the house to keep us occupied like ping pong, foosball and THE POOL! We would recommend adding an extra day or two because you don’t want to leave this place. We always made sure to be back for the incredible sunsets. Great location so close to all the amazing restaurants in Grand Case. Very clean house and well stocked and testament of how the team value the importance of this aspect when it comes to holiday rentals. We loved to watch sunset every evening and to be honest although there are many things to see in St Maarten the house always pulled you back in the evening for the sunset.
