Vacation Rentals in St Martin

Had the triggerfish as a main course and it was delicious. My wife’s snails were excellent, as well. This is part of a grouping of restaurants that circle an old village square, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Reservations may be necessary at times. Very highly recommend this restaurant!

Beautiful place in a fantastic location, steps away from the beach and many great restaurants. The space was a great size and the pool was beautiful. We’d love to come back!

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent meal at Le Cottage on a recent trip to St. Martin. Although not on the water, it had a very nice ambience, and the service was excellent – very attentive and friendly. The owner came over regularly to pour our wine. We began with Patron margaritas which were very good. We didn’t order apps as we wanted room to enjoy our dinner. We both had the Roasted Codfish fillet, creamy sea scallops emulsion, butternut squash puree and fresh spinach. All of this accompanied with a delicious Puilly-Fuisse. The meal was excellent although not inexpensive. Reservations recommended. If you’re looking for a special meal in Grand-Case, this is a good choice.

The apartment was very nice, very well kept and high standard. The location is very good, basically on the beach. Close to a good selection of restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay, and I can recommend Sarah as a host.

😀 – Musím jen chválit:). 1 už při rezervaci začala komunikace s majitelem Marcem, obdrželi jsme přesné instrukce jak k cestě do ubytování tak i převzetí klíče (box). upřesnění den před příletem. info o ostrově atd. 2. Umístění apartmánu – Excelent. Friars bay – 5 minut chůze. Apartmán v bezpečné a klidové zoně, parkovací stání OK. 3. Apartmán: Excelent. Prostorný moderně zařízený, plně vybavený. rychlá wifi. POHODLNÁ POSTEL a prostorná ložnice. To samé platí o koupelně – prostor a světlo:). Největší bonus je ale terasa: veliká a prostorná chráněná od přímého slunce s výhledem do krajiny i na moře. Velmi příjemnou skutečností je že app. je vybaven prostředky na pláž ( křesílka, slunečníky…) – není proto potřeba pronajímat si předražená lehátka:) 4.Okolí. Blízkost Marigotu (5 minut autem), Grand Case do 10 minut. Ideální pohola na objevování francouzské části ostrova. Jednoznačným bonusem je blízkost Friar bay (5minut) a Happy beach (15minut) – chůzí. 5. App. z letiště cca 15 minut autem Oceňujeme komunikaci s majitelem. Cítili jsme se zde opravdu velmi velmi dobře. Krásný apartmán. ideální pro relax v Karibiku:). Moc jsme si pobyt užili, děkujeme na 1000x… Marcovi:) Rádi bychom se jednou vrátili… 😞 – vše OK

One of our favorite restaurants in Orient Bay. The owner remembered us from previous visits. Excellent food with service to match. If in Orient Bay this is a must go. We had two diners during our stay this year. On our list of favorites for Orient Bay.

Wij hebben een heerlijke verblijf gehad. Het huisje lag mooi verscholen bovenop de berg. Privé terras zonder dat andere mensen je konden zien, pool, jacuzzi alles erop en eraan. Elke kamer met een nette ruime badkamer. Genoeg opbergruimte en een parkeerplaats voor de deur. Vanuit de tuin kon je aapjes en grote Leguane zien. Zoek je privacy, rust en ruimte zit je hier helemaal goed.

Thomas was a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and helpful when I accidentally lost the key. I will definitely recommend his place to anyone who wants to stay in Orient Bay. Everything was close by and the locals are very friendly. It is a paradise!!!!

😀 – Es war einfach rundum gelungen. Die Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe war super einfach und gut organisiert. Marco, der Vermieter, hat sich sehr gekümmert und uns schon vor Abreise Informationen zugesendet. Das Appartement liegt quasi nur wenige Meter von der Friars Bay entfernt, zur Happy Bay ist es ein schöner Spaziergang am Meer lang. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche hat alles essentielle. Wir haben schöne Abende auf dem Balkon verbracht, haben schön kochen können und Marigot ist auch in der Nähe um abends mal Essen zu gehen. Klare Empfehlung, das war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Danke dafür.

We had the beet carpaccio , cold vegetable platter with a crazy basil sorbet (such a great looking plate), the chillian see bass in a puff pastry and a drop dead mushroom linguine. For desert a warm chocolate and pistachio cake over an ice crème and yes, a hand picked bottle of Bordeaux.

5 person staff all moving non stop with great energy. Nice decor and reasonably priced. No wonder the high grade. Happy this place was suggested to us.

Merci Nathalie pour nous avoir si bien acceuillis. Notre séjour était plus que parfait. La location était plus belle que les photos et très prêt de la plage (5 minutes de marche). Nous Avons beaucoup appréçiés tout les petits détails à notre arrivée (panier avec une bouteille de rosé, confiture et petits pains, bouteille d’eau…). Un endroit très tranquille, beaucoup de verdures sur la terrace avec des meubles très comfortables et la piscine à quelques pas de la terrace. Les lits étaient comfortables et la grosse télévision avec Netflix était appréçiés. Je recommanderais ce Airbnb à 100%.

Excellent stay at Pierre’s property. exactly like photo. great bathroom design. comfortable bed and linens. orient village is great with all the options for beaches and dining. Host response immediately and helpful with all questions. easy access to property. will book again.

Wow! This place was fantastic! Much nicer and more spacious than any other place we’ve stayed on Orient Beach. The balcony was perfect – amazing view of the ocean but still very private. We loved having a dining table on the porch and also one inside. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the living room furniture was comfortable. We enjoyed having beach chairs and noodles.Everyone in our group agreed that we will absolutely stay here again when we come back to St. Martin.

😀 – Had a fantastic stay at Pomme Cannelle! The room was so spacious and thoughtfully laid out. Loved having our own jacuzzi. The pool is adorable (although we didn’t have time to use it). Great central location on the french side. Almost felt like you were at home staying there!

Outstanding cuisine, attentive staff, wonderful variety. Whether you order off the menu or from the daily specials, you will not leave hungry or disappointed! Owners Jerome and Manot are some of the best on the island and Le P’tit is one of our go-to restaurants in SXM.

The rental was perfect! We loved the location in Orient Bay, with beach access in 3 minutes, pool, lounge chairs, many restaurants nearby, food store, and parking space! The rental had great ac, comfortable beds, awesome shower, terrific kitchen, and excellent view! The host was flexible and very responsive! We will definitely rent again! Thank you for the pleasure of renting your place! We enjoyed it so much!

Lovely place with an incredible view! We couldn’t have asked for a better location in Grand Case. The dedicated parking spot was convenient, and Jerome’s chair service was wonderful (which was included with the place). We were within walking distance of several amazing French restaurants. We had a great time exploring the island, but our favorite spot by far was the pristine, crystal-clear water in Grand Case.Sarah was extremely responsive, helpful, and communicative throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here and hope everyone who books with Sarah enjoys it just as much. We’ll definitely be back and will book with her again!

This is a beautiful Airbnb – as many other reviews have said, it’s a lot larger than it seems in the photos and the view is gorgeous. It was perfect for me, my husband and our 1.5 year old. The bedroom is also a really good size. The pools are always empty, and the complex is very quiet. The apartment itself is also very quiet – important for afternoon naps with a toddler! The grounds are also very beautiful and well maintained. This apartment is very good value. There is a fantastic Italian restaurant and a pub type restaurant in the marina, which is a five minute walk, and there’s also a tiny grocery store called Petit Casino that sells everything that you would need. The beach is a 10 minute walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to book!

Pierre et Isabelle ont été des hôtes parfaits! Le condo était impeccable! Il y avait même des petites attentions! Nous avons aussi reçu de très bonnes recommandations pour faire des activités sur l’île! Merci pour tout!

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay, right on the sand with access to the pool and ocean less than 100m from the cottage. Quiet community with some great walkable restaurants- highly recommend!

Our stay at Ti Sable was wonderful! Great location, clean and nice apartment . Easy walk to restaurants, and all of orient village and very safe area . Loved being able to hear and see the beach. Sarah the property manager was great, very friendly and responsive. Look forward to staying here again.

Can’t say enough about this Airbnb. It’s a great size, clean, and has everything I needed to be comfortable. I like having some meals at home when I’m away so the full kitchen is a nice touch. It is a one minute walk to Orient Bay Village, one minute away from the beach, one minute away from the restaurant court area. Sarah is a great host. Highly recommend!
