Alamanda Studio 8 – Beachfront

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable; right on the beach, so you can enjoy the beach every day at any time.
We also enjoyed the access to the pool and the view from the patio.
The studio is clean, secure, and well-maintained. We loved the furniture and decor.
The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to cook meals at home.
Max was extremely communicative and flexible throughout our stay, which made everything so easy. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches and essentials provided in the apartment; they really made it feel like a home away from home.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Orient Bay. We would definitely stay here again!

I absolutely LOVED the location! It was perfectly situated in a location close to my favorite beach and restaurants, as well as incredibly safe for me as a solo traveler. Definitely worth a repeat visit!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect.
What really made the experience stand out was the host. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great time.

We have stayed at this location many times when it was formerly a hotel. The room was exactly as advertised and very clean. It had everything we could possibly need including chairs, umbrella and beach towels. Checking in with Chelsea was a breeze even though our flight was delayed.

Great place to stay for some nice R&R away from the bustle of the Dutch side of the island. Beach is steps from the beach as well as some great restaurants. Highly recommended.

Leonard could not have been a better host. He responded within minutes of any question asked. The place was in an excellent location and very clean!

Great space -everything we needed right at our fingertips! Loved the location, the space was clean, and had plenty of dishes, glasses, and towels. Very comfortable. Pool was nice, loved sitting on the terrace and listening to the ocean! Great location -able to walk to restaurants, bakery, grocery store. We will be back!!

Leonard’s place suited us perfectly for our stay. Modern and spacious and with a very comfy bed. His apartment was close to heaps of restaurants and other stores, including a handy supermarket. The beach was just a minutes walk away. The best beach on the island in our opinion.

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment looked even better than the pictures and met our expectations in every way. It was very convenient - close to the pool, beach, restaurants! We especially liked that it was by the village and mid-way on the beach. Chelsea and Max were very friendly, responsive and attentive. We hope to come back. Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice studio accommodations. Clean and well maintained with a direct view of the pristine pool. A nice added feature was some snacks and complimentary beverages in the refrigerator.

Great value for a beautiful accommodation. Chelsea was always available to help with any of our needs, I closing making a great restaurant reservation nearby. Everything was clean and lovely.

The accommodations were great. Easy access to the pool (via the patio). Easy access to the beach (via the locked privacy gate). Easy walk to Orient Bay Village square with several dinner options - from pizza to fine dining. All excellent. We stayed during Christmas week. The pool was busy but was not crowded. Room was spacious for two adults. Clean. Management was very helpful. Unfortunately during our stay, there was a strike by the water workers and the French side of the island was without water for several days. Room management did their best to make sure we were comfortable without water. Despite the difficult circumstances which they had nor responsibility for, they were quick to assist and quick to reply. Very impressive!

Max and Chelsea are great hosts. Answered every question quickly. We will be back.

Such a great spot! Max our host greeted us at check in and check out. Place came with some great amenities like beach chairs and noodle and towels. Very sweet that they had some refreshments and snacks upon arrival. Can’t beat the location.

This was a perfect stay for our anniversary trip / yearly trip to the island! The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that the property was gated with security doors and the unit outside door was heavy duty steel door and frame. We visited orient village nightly and it was just a very brief walk from the property. The hosts were just as fantastic as the property! The communication with Leo prior to our stay and during our stay was great. Leo's nephew Max met us at the property upon arrival and was very patient with us when walking through instructions for the wifi, washing machine, safe, grill top, etc. We usually stay somewhere different every year, but it is safe to say we have found our 'home' here! Obviously we highly recommend!

Leonard was an amazing host! He made sure everything was well equipped for my stay. I had one issue but he came by and solved it In 10 minutes. He is very attentive to his guest to assure we are enjoying our stay.
