Great stay! Perfect location!

Sarah was a wonderful host. Her apartment was beautiful, clean, and had everything you needed (chairs for the beach, beach towels, a cooler bag, and much more). The location was amazing - within short walking distance to restaurants, cafes, and a mini supermarket. The area felt very safe and had a nice, quieter vibe to it. The beach is also gorgeous with plenty of options for renting beach loungers and grabbing lunch. We would absolutely love to come back and stay at Sarah’s!

Great host and very helpful and responsive. Went out of their way to help make us feel comfortable and enjoy the island. Made reservations for us and assisted us with a doctors visit too! House is in a great location walking distance to beaches and restaurants! Very safe too! Highly recommended

We had the pleasure of being Pomme’s first guests and could not be more honoured!The location was excellent, located in the heart of Orient Bay… a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the restaurant square. We were also a quick drive from both the Grand Case area and the Pinel Island ferry. The villa itself was fabulous with its wide sliding door entry and chic island decor. It was well equipped with bath/kitchen supplies. Each room had its own bathroom and there was also an outdoor shower. The heated pool was a great feature along with the private parking and automated gate. It is a very safe area. Even better are the hosts… Pauline was a gem! Even before arriving, she was communicating with me to coordinate our needs, was there to check us in and even dropped off special treats during our stay. She went out of her way to help with any plans and reservations we needed during our stay as well.Thank you so much, Pauline! We’ll be back to the beautiful island soon.

Thomas’ place is absolutely perfect! Well appointed, spotless, comfortable, and stocked with all you could need. The area is incredible, you are right on the beach across from a great beach club, and also a two minute walk behind the building you have a ton of great restaurants. Three minutes walk and you have cafes for the morning and the supermarket. Very safe area, beautiful enclave with wonderful people. Thomas was an amazing host, flexible, and even offered to stock the kitchen with things we wanted. Truly an amazing property and host.

We were lucky to have two delicious dinners cooked by Max. Both nights were excellent. Wonderful local ingredients and fantastic fine dining dishes. Desserts were exceptional both nights. For a one of a kind experience in a beautiful part of the world you can’t go wrong.

Max gave us two absolutely delicious meals and they were some of the best meals of my life. In both meals there was shrimp and it was the best shrimp of my life. If I come back to St Martin I will absolutely come to Maxine again.

Great location, very safe for kids. Beach, Stores and restaurants within 2 minute walk. The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was responsive and kind. The only thing that was missing was the blanket in the living room.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Marina last week—better than the photos! The villa boasts fancy furniture, spacious rooms, and everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, with a great bed ensuring amazing sleep in the dead-quiet surroundings.The location is perfect: private cul-de-sac in a gated community on the French side, feeling safe and serene. Stunning sea and mountain views, right on the seashore with two kayaks that let us explore nearby islands—an unforgettable experience. While there’s no direct beach access, it ensured peaceful privacy without crowds, and the swimming pool was a fantastic, refreshing alternative for sunny days.Philippe is a highly professional host—proactive and answering questions before we even asked. Highly recommend to friends, and we’ll be back next time in St. Martin!

The place is beautiful and right on the beach!Jerome is super-friendly and very attentive. I would suggest a car, but we did fine on foot and with a few cabs. The grocery store is very close as are some restaurants. Thank you, Jerome!

Pictures don’t do it justice. Wholehearlty enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and serene. Location was near one of our favorite parts of the island.

Completely exceeding our expectations! The place was beautiful and in a location you can’t beat. Only steps away from the beach and many delicious restaurants. Francois and Laurette were very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Great place, just across from a big, beautiful beach. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful. For clarity, this area is a resort town built for tourists. It has a lot of condos and hotels and a cluster of (mostly French) restaurants and a few shops including a grocery store. There are beach clubs all along the beach with bars/restaurants and comfy beach chairs you rent for the day. Very relaxing. If you want to take in more local food and culture it’s easy to access a few minutes away by car.

Where to start? First of all the Villa is hard to find being up in Belair and Chef had to call me a couple times to find it, but he did not give up. This was a very special night for me and my now fiance and Chef Maxime helped make it spectacular. I am 57 years old and I can say unequivocally that it was the best meal of my life and my fiancé agreed. The setting was beautiful and the presentation was magical. I recommend SXM Culinary Services and Chef Maxime without hesitation and I thank him for helping to make our night so enchanting.

If you’re looking for a private, quiet, place by the beach with a nice view then this is the place. Jerome was always responsive and helpful when I needed him. We were like 20/30 minutes from everything which I liked. No loud neighbors and almost went to big daddy’s restaurant every night. The pizza place across the street wasn’t too bad either.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Jérôme. La vue est à couper le souffle. Le jacuzzi privatif est un réel plus. Jérôme est un hôte très réactif et nous a conseillé de très belles adresses. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

Our third time staying in this apartment and renting from Sarah and each time has been perfect. We will hopefully be back next year!

L’emplacement est tout simplement idéal, à quelques pas de la magnifique plage de la Baie Orientale ainsi que des restaurants et commerces. Le quartier est calme et agréable. L’hôte a été très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

We had an absolutely amazing meal. The table was set beautifully, the food was really incredible. Super friendly and talented chef. A highlight of our trip. He even left a little gift of hand made passion fruit rum - and I happen to love passion fruit! Highly recommend Maxime for anyone thinking of hiring a personal chef.

Leonard and his team (Max and Chelsea) were very responsive. They kindly dropped off a fishing pole so we could fish off the beach. We caught a Moray Eel. The view from the unit is spectacular and beach chairs and towels are great. Can’t beat the location, everything you need is within walking. Rainbow Cafe is the hot spot. We will be back!

Great private little beach-front place. We loved sitting on the deck watching the moon come up after sunset. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of space for the two of us.
