Très belle villa bien placée à la fois dans l'île de Saint Martin mais également dans le Quartier d'Orient bay même : mer et restaurant de plage à 50m, autres restaurants et boutiques à 5 min à pied!
Maison propre, très grande, bien entretenue et aménagée. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai plus.
Nico nous a très gentiment accueilli et a été disponible et à l'écoute tout au long du séjour.

Parfait pour un week end ou plus en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande !

Maison propre, très grande, bien entretenue et aménagée. Le jardin et la piscine sont un vrai plus.
Nico nous a très gentiment accueilli et a été disponible et à l'écoute tout au long du séjour.

Parfait pour un week end ou plus en famille ou entre amis. Je recommande !

We had a great stay at Flo and Nico's place. The place looks just as the photos and Nico was very fast to respond /communicate with.
The villa is well equipped and has everything you need. We loved the pool , the BBQ area and the very convenient location to the beach and up scale restaurant.
We are definitely coming back here :-)
Great place to stay in SXM! Really wonderful location in Orient Beach that was in walking distance to a number of beach clubs where you could rent chairs for the day and order food & drinks. At night we were very close (~10 minute walk) to a range of good restaurants. Within less than 10 minutes were a number of supermarkets and wine/liquor stores. For beach activity you have Orient Beach about a 1/2 block away and it’s only a 5-7 minute ride to Pinel Island, 10 to Anse Marcel, and 10 to Grand Case which are all spectacular.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was awesome if seldom used but only due to the great beaches close by.

Nico was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

We would absolutely stay again!

Great place to stay in SXM! Really wonderful location in Orient Beach that was in walking distance to a number of beach clubs where you could rent chairs for the day and order food & drinks. At night we were very close (~10 minute walk) to a range of good restaurants. Within less than 10 minutes were a number of supermarkets and wine/liquor stores. For beach activity you have Orient Beach about a 1/2 block away and it’s only a 5-7 minute ride to Pinel Island, 10 to Anse Marcel, and 10 to Grand Case which are all spectacular.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The pool was awesome if seldom used but only due to the great beaches close by.

Nico was very helpful and responsive to all of our needs.

Nicolas a été d’une grande réactivité, toujours disponible et sympathique ce qui est vraiment appréciable. En plus, la villa est très bien située, avec de nombreux restaurants et commodités à proximité, ce qui facilite tout au quotidien. Franchement, tout était réuni pour que l’on passe un séjour parfait. Je recommande sans hésitation et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans cette villa à Saint-Martin. Le cadre est vraiment agréable, calme et reposant, parfait pour profiter pleinement des vacances. La maison était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipée, ce qui rend le séjour confortable dès l’arrivée. La villa est bien équipée et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Nous avons adoré la piscine , l'espace barbecue et l'emplacement très pratique de la plage et du restaurant haut de gamme.
