This spacious and elegant villa is designed to allow you to relax as soon as you arrive. With two comfortable bedrooms with queen-size beds (180 x 200 cm) and an additional sofa bed, it can easily accommodate up to six people, ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Each of the three full bathrooms ensures privacy and comfort for every guest, making everyday life easier and more enjoyable.

Location and access

Ideally located a few steps from the Pinel Islet ferry, the villa is also a 5- to 10-minute drive from the most beautiful beaches of Saint Martin: Anse Marcel, Grand Case, and Orient Bay. You will find charming restaurants, shops, and local businesses nearby, and both airports are easily accessible: 5 minutes from Grand Case Airport (SFG) 45 minutes from Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM)

			Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa nous étions 4 adultes et avons aimé cette belle pièce à vivre et nos deux chambres qui se trouvaient à chaque extrémité 

C’était très bien pensé. Sandrine est une personne très sympathique, sérieuse et très réactive à tous nos besoins. 

Emplacement idéal tout à côté de cette belle plage de l’anse marcel et Grand Case

			Le logement était très propre et Sandrine était une hôte exceptionnelle. Elle répondait rapidement et nous accommodait toujours. 

Le seul point qui serait bien de mentionner dans l’annonce c’est que les chambres ne communiquent pas avec la cuisine et le salon principale. De ce fait, avec des jeunes enfants, ce n’est pas l’idéal. Par contre, par exemple avec 2 couples ou des adolescents ce logement est vraiment idéal, car vous avez chaucun votre intimité. 

Finalement, il y a 2 autres logements occupés par d’autres locataire dans le même immeuble. Ils ne peuvent pas communiquer et vous avez vos espaces intimes et ils ne peuvent pas vous voir dans la piscine ou autre. 

Je recommande ce logement pour sa propreté. C’est très calme, situé tout près de Anse Marcel et Ile Pinel.
