2.3 BookStMartin does not manage reservations, payments, or cancellations, and does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or availability of listings.
2.4 The contractual relationship exists solely between Host and Guest.
3.1 Hosts are solely responsible for:
The accuracy of their listings (descriptions, availability, prices, photos).
Compliance with local laws, regulations, licenses, permits, and tax obligations.
Managing all inquiries, bookings, payments, and cancellations directly with Guests.
3.2 Hosts agree to indemnify and hold harmless BookStMartin from any claims, damages, liabilities, or disputes arising from their listings, their conduct, or their contractual relationships with Guests.
4.1 Guests understand that all bookings, payments, and cancellations are made directly with the Host.
4.2 Guests are responsible for verifying the reliability of the Host and for complying with the Host’s terms, house rules, and all applicable laws.
4.3 BookStMartin cannot be held liable for cancellations, overbookings, disputes, damages, injuries, or losses arising from stays, services, or experiences booked via the Site.
5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookStMartin, its owners, employees, and partners disclaim all liability for:
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in listings.
Any cancellations, changes, or disputes between Hosts and Guests.
Any loss, damage, injury, or claim related to accommodations, services, or experiences advertised on the Site.
5.2 BookStMartin’s role is limited to providing online visibility and marketing support. Users acknowledge and accept that all risks related to bookings or services rest entirely with the Host and Guest.
The information provided on BookStMartin is for general travel guidance and informational purposes only. While we aim to feature trusted local services and experiences, BookStMartin does not operate or directly manage third-party services such as tours, transportation, or rental companies.
Any booking or purchase made through external providers is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service provider. BookStMartin cannot be held responsible for the services delivered by third parties.

BookStMartin may amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Site, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
