			Exceptionnel!! La vue est encore plus belle en vrai.  Très propre et sécuritaire.  Notre coup de coeur est définitivement île Pinel et surtout la traversée en kayak pour s’y rendre.  Nous avons adoré les restaurants à Orient Bay ( Le Piment Sao et trattoria) très proches et moins dispendieux que Grand Case. 			Spent six weeks in Villa Marine. Philip was very attentive to all of our needs.  Place is very clean and quiet and the surrounding shrubs made the deck very private.  Cleaners were very thorough.

Staying 6 weeks of course there were some observations:  some pots/pans were well used, the bbq grill was tired (used 3 times per week)  but two concerns we had were that the listing had a dryer but there was only a drying rack with many broken slats…..we did not bring this to Philip’s attention and I am sure he will replace it or update the listing, the second was a frequent septic smell as you crossed onto the patio. Some days were worse than others but to be honest there were many places on the island with the same issue. For this 2 reasons I rated 4 stars.		 - 2/25/2024

						A wonderful family vacation!  Excellent spot.  Quiet, beautiful, kayaking (for all ages), Pinel Island across the bay and snorkeling.  We rented a car which we recommend.  House is beautiful!! 			My family and I absolutely loved our stay at Philippe’s place. The view from the deck and and the large sliding doors is the star of the show. The house was nicely decorated. The Wi-Fi was the best we had on the island. The welcome gift introduced us to Ma Doudou 😉. Please use the Kayaks! It was very fun rowing across the bay. The area felt like a nice mix between a neighborhood and tourist destination. Philippe was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions. He even contacted us when he thought some problems might arise (they didn’t). We had a few minor issues with plumbing, but who cares, everything else was great.
