					Francois was great, he met us at the entrance to show us to the house and gave us very helpful information. He was very responsive. The house is absolutely lovely. Just a walk to the beach clubs and restaurants. Wonderful view from the upstairs balcony.

						We loved staying at Francois place! Perfect location, beautiful and clean townhouse. Laure was extremely helpful and communicative. Free beach chairs at Kontiki and other included bonuses a major plus. 100% recommend and will absolutely book again!
					
					We had a great time, we really felt like home. It was very dark, a great bed and quiet so we slept perfect!

					BUGS IN THE BEDS! Beware of property manager Francois.He requested off-app communication upon check-in,which was odd. My wife injured her foot on a glass shard from a cracked glass desk the first day.We found bugs in both beds and informed Francois.He promised extermination but we were uncomfortable staying.We asked if he had another property where we could stay our remaining 9 days.He said he did not have anything at the moment.We then asked for a refund for our remaining nine days as he had no alternative accommodation.He agreed to refund me via text, so we booked elsewhere.However, he didn’t open a case with Airbnb after we checked out as promised and stopped responding.He then accused me via Airbnb arbitration  of just trying to end my reservation early.Airbnb said they couldn’t help us get our $2500 refund.Francois claimed we left without cleaning, but we only left in haste without causing damage.This has been our worst Airbnb experience. Please consider this a warning. Stolen $!
