Maracudja Cocotier – 1BR Condo

Le logement et la localisation sont excellent en tout point. Près de tout à distance de marche, la cour privée est un plus, on y entend même les vagues tellement nous sommes proche de la mer. J'y retournerai sans aucune hésitation. Je recommande

Our vacation at Maracudja 'Le Colibri" was perfect. We drove right to the apartment and enjoyed every minute of our stay. If you check out the pictures, you will get exactly what you see. We couldn't find anything wrong. The short walk to everything was great, no need for a car if you choose to stay in Orient Village. We never felt unsafe in our walks, whether early or later at night.

Inside the apartment - you will find most everything you would need to prepare meals - even a small BBQ grill on the patio. There is a cupboard for kids toys if needed, drying rack, beach umbrella, towels and even a small cooler. The white bath towels we LOVED and I would love to know the brand!!!

We know you will love it - we did and plan to come back on our next trip!!!

Delphine was an excellent host throughout the entire process. We have stayed in Orient Bay several times and this is probably the quietest location we have found in terms of noise from beach bars and restaurants. Still, it's a short walk to both the beach and the center of the village restaurants and stores. The kitchen had all of the basics - better stocked than most - and it was a comfortable space for 2 people. The outside space is very nice though though we did get some no-see-um (midges) bites, but it's those and/or mosquitoes everywhere we have stayed! The outdoor fan helps. We would be happy to stay here again.

Le logement correspond a la description et aux photos. C’est un emplacement idéal et l’accès aux restaurants et épicerie se fait facilement a pied.
Cependant, je recommande une nouvelle literie car ce qui était disponible était très limité.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delphine’s apartment. We were there for 3 weeks and loved the location. We could walk to restaurants the beach and the bakery! The apartment had everything we needed to cook some meals, we even used the charcoal grill a couple of times. It was nice to have a full refrigerator and a washer too. Delphine was very responsive to all our questions and flexible when our plans changed and we were able to come a day early. This was most appreciated. The area was very safe and the parking was easy. We will definitely plan to stay here in the future.

Perfect location at Orient Beach. Close proximity to all the hot spots !

our second time staying at Delphine's condo and it was just as great as the first time. Great location near restaurants and the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Delphine is a terrific host.
