Villa Thomarine – Orient Bay, Saint-Martin

Discover the charm of Villa Thomarine, an oasis perched above Orient Bay in Saint Martin. This exceptional property offers breathtaking views of Orient Bay beach and the island of Saint Barthélemy, with no neighbors in sight.

Renovated in September 2021, the villa combines comfort, privacy, and tropical elegance. Enjoy a private pool surrounded by lush vegetation, a fully equipped kitchen with an American refrigerator and induction hob, and a spacious living room opening onto a covered terrace.

Two electric awnings protect the terrace from wind and rain, creating a peaceful outdoor space throughout the day.

The villa has three bedrooms:

• An upstairs master suite with en-suite bathroom and sea views.

• Two bedrooms on the ground floor—one with pool and sea views, the other overlooking the garden—sharing a bright bathroom.

• Separate toilet on the ground floor and additional toilet upstairs. Free Wi-Fi, a water tank, and complete privacy ensure a carefree stay. Naturism is permitted at the pool.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Car rental is recommended, and we will be happy to assist you in making a reservation.

Please note: a 4% tourist tax applies to the rental amount, as well as a €150 cleaning and linen fee, payable in cash upon arrival.

Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you by email to prepare your rental agreement.

This house is gorgeous! Patricia and Bruno were wonderful hosts. Five minutes to Orient Bay Beach, the Village and Casino Market. Plenty of room and house is very clean. The plus was that is very private. Wonderful patio and private pool with a great view of Orient Bay and St Barts. They have French/American TV, bed is so comfortable, everything we needed was in the house. Will definitely stay here again! - 6/09/2024

Superbe maison, très bien sécurisée, vue magnifique comme sur les photos, à 10/15mn à pied des restaurants et boutiques de la baie orientale. Literie au top, propreté impeccable, cuisine très bien équipée, rien ne manque, frigo, lave linge et seche linge XXL.L'accueil de Patricia a été parfait, la communication avant et pendant le séjour aussi.Le seul petit bémol est la route à proximité, un peu bruyante. - 3/20/2022
