I decided to have my special Birthday dinner here and I was not disappointed. I had the pleasure of meeting the Owner of this fine establishment, and he was charming, patient and attentive along with the staff.
My friend ordered the lamb chops which were beautifully prepared and presented although she commented that they were on the small side. I ordered the Lamb Shank and enjoyed every morsel.
This was followed by the profiteroles, and washed down with a beautiful Peach Bellini and complimentary shots of their homemade ginger rum.
I look forward to returning next year when I can have their legendary Lobster Thermidor!
Not cheap by UK standards but the service and food were top tier!!

We visited in September, a month when many restaurants on the French side were closed. We appreciated an excellent meal at this location that stayed open for customers 🩷
Staff was welcoming and friendly!
Really enjoyed everything we ate. Their ginger rum was unique and so good! Espresso martini was excellent too.

I have been to this wonderful restaurant in the past on another visits to St Martin. And everything was delicious. The service the setting and the quality. Prices might have gone up. I mean my dinner for a 1.2 kilo lobster, salad. One cocktail and one water. With tip was 200 US dollars! Pricey but delicious LOL

We went back to this restaurant because we had enjoyed it so much the first time, for starters, we had the pan-seared foie gras and the escargots with mushrooms in garlic cream, absolutely delicious, for the main course, we both chose the lobster Thermidor. now I understand why everyone talks about it, it was the best I’ve ever had, we truly enjoyed ourselves and had a wonderful evening.

C'est un restaurant haut de gamme qui nécessite une réservation pour le souper. Nous avons eu un service impeccable et la nourriture est excellente. Carpaccio de boeuf suivi d'un magret de canard arrosé d'un excellent vin rouge.

Duo d’escargots très interessant suivi d’une bouchée à la reine très bonne et bien sûr le soufflé au caramel qui a lui seul vaut le déplacement une des meilleures tables de grand case à n’en pas douté
