Cajou – Pomme Cannelle Luxury Suites & Spa

What a great find! Beautifully, tastefully decorated. Clawfoot bathtub (if you like that sort of thing.) Great little outdoor mini kitchen. Feels private. If it hadn't been so hot & humid during our stay, we would certainly have taken advantage of the outdoor private jacuzzi.
Pauline is very nice & helpful. Main pool is beautiful. 15 minute walk to Orient Beach.
Could use a little bit more shelf & drawer space for clothes. Bedside nightstand is almost microscopic, but not too different from what you'd see in Europe. Some may not like that the shower is completely open to the entire room, with no curtain or glass door to prevent the water from splashing out. And the toilet (truly a "water closet") is not even connected to the bathroom.
But overall, very nice accommodations, and we will stay there again should we ever return to St Martin.

Boutique Stay in Orient Bay We had a one-night stay at Pomme Cannelle before embarking on a cruise ship the following morning. Our host Pauline greeted us when we arrived, made dinner reservations for us at Ti Palm (a wonderful restaurant a short walk away), and also reserved a taxi for the following morning. We could not have been happier with the spacious room and private outdoor dining porch with kitchenette!! The beautiful beach at Orient Bay was about a 10-minute walk away and the neighborhood felt safe and secure. Pauline’s husband Jeremy brought us a huge tray for breakfast of a variety of breads, jams, cereals, yoghurt, juices, coffee, etc. Pauline and Jeremy’s attentiveness ensured that we had a really wonderful stay. Our only regret was that we were not there longer!

Highlight of the trip to St. Martin My 2-night stay at Pomme Cannelle was the highlight of the entire trip to St. Martin. All of the essentials are present (great location, safety, cleanliness), but what sets this place apart is the hospitality. The suites are finished and decorated beautifully, the landscaping provides privacy for your patio and jacuzzi, and the owners are in communication to ensure you have what you need. Strong recommendation to add the breakfast; enjoying a private meal in the morning was a luxurious and peaceful start to each day. Pauline and Jeremy have created something truly special here!

I paired my stay with a dinner at Les Galets (5 min away) which was also a winning combination.

Beautiful guest house and ideally placed Sublime place you feel like at home Jeremy and Pauline put a lot of heart to make your stay unforgettable .great comfort of the suites, swimming pool very pleasant and above all they advise and orient you (restaurant , excursions , walks ..) to make your vacation a wonderful memory .I highly recommend apple cinnamon

Best place we have stayed! Do not miss this hidden gem and the amazing owners. Can not say enough about this beautiful place. Pauline and Jeremy treat you like family and make sure your entire trip is planned and set up exactly how you want it. They are in constant communication and if you need something it appears right to your suite within minutes. The room was beautiful and beyond clean. The private hotel was well taken care of and the shared pool was one of the cleanest pools I have ever seen. The location was amazing as you can walk to many different beach clubs and restaurants. We also celebrated my boyfriends birthday here and Pauline made sure to make it extra special arranging massages in the comfort of our room as well as champagne and French pastries. We were greeted with a huge smile each morning by both Pauline and Jeremy. We were a bit worried because sometimes pictures online aren’t accurate however they were spot on with this beautiful place. We can not say enough good things about this hidden gem as well as Pauline and Jeremy. We can’t wait to book another trip here. Do not miss out on this place. Pauline quiet literally planned out entire 5 day stay as well as a Saint Barths trip and has helped us plan our next three days in Anguilla! She really knows best! Could not be more thankful for the hospitality and can’t wait to watch them grow!

A delightful boutique hotel! The owners were incredibly accommodating. The owners Jeremy and Pauline have put their heart into this property. From the poolside sunbeds, to the wonderful linen in the rooms. The breakfast as a true luxury to have such a beautiful spread delivered to our porch . Both of the owners would do their best to accommodate special requests as well. I felt like I was not only a guest but part of their family. You can’t go wrong with this place!

This is the WOW factor !!! WOW, if you want your dreams become reality, go here! The design, the jacuzzi, the beautiful swimming pool and the hospitality of the owners, pauline and jeremy, everything was really perfect. Pauline suggested the restaurant les galets, 250 meters from their place so we could walk, and again ; WOW, amazing, we could not stop enjoying, and we were so thankfull to have this experience in sint maarten. Our stay with pomme cannelle in combination with the restaurant les galets, it is a dream came true; PERFECT if you want to surprise your partner and really look for an intimite and luxurious stay in sint maarten, this is the place to be. We are looking forward to come back next year.

A vegetable alcove in Orient Bay in st martin A very personalized and warm welcome from the owners. A very nice cozy accommodation in an individual alcove created by vegetation with a personal spa in the garden and the beach oriented bay a few steps away. We had a great time thanks to our hosts. Great Solo Stay in Orient Bay! I had a wonderful stay at the Pomme Cannelle Luxury Suites & Spa. The fresh, modern design complimented the beauty of the Orient Bay area in Saint Martin. I am truly appreciative of the attentiveness given by the owners. From the very moment I arrived, they welcomed me warmfully and were also there for anything I needed. The premises was quiet, chic, and very walkable to local restaurants, bars, and Orient beach. I recommend this hotel when visiting the French side of the island.

Great 3 night stay in July 2024 My wife and I just spent 3 nights at Pomme Cannelle. What a lovely place! The room we stayed in was a very nice size. The bed was very comfy and the air conditioning worked very well.

The pool was very refreshing after long days at the beach.
The private hot tub in the back of the unit was a lot of fun to relax in as well at the end of the day.

The hosts who mange the suites were wonderful as well. Happy to give recommendations and book reservations and just chat or wave hello.

Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

PERFECT The perfect villa in the perfect location on SXM with perfect hosts. We have stayed in many different villas and hotels around the island and only a few are at the top of our list - this is one of them. Each unit is private and also unique in addition to a private hot tub for relaxing and looking at the stars. The location to Orient Beach and restaurants is great and the hosts are truly amazing - Jeremy and Pauline were so nice and so helpful - it really made our visit even that much more special. If it’s your first time to SXM or your 100th time - you cannot go wrong staying here. We are looking forward to visiting St. Martin again, but we are even more looking forward to seeing Jermey and Pauline again .they did a great job with this new accommodation.

Hidden gem Beautiful spot where you can tell the owners truly care about your experience. Rooms are spacious and all new furnishings. Rooms even had personal hot tub which was awesome after a long day. Only 5-10 minute walk to the beach and great restaurants. I’d definitely recommend to stay here

Magical getaway Great getaway to Orient Bay! Pauline and Jeremy are very attentive hosts and know how to respond to every request!
The suite is very well decorated with everything you need, down to the smallest detail.
The jacuzzi is a pure moment of relaxation after a day at the beach or at the villa's beautiful swimming pool.
The proximity to the beach, restaurants and places of interest of the BO are also very appreciable.

We will definitely come back, we really loved it!
