Ideally located just 50 meters from the beach and the lively Village Square, Studio Tiaré is a bright and comfortable retreat for two guests. The apartment is on the second and top floor, with no neighbors on the landing — ensuring absolute peace and quiet.
The studio offers a generous ceiling height and a beautifully designed living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, infrared cooktop, American fridge with ice and water dispenser, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, blender, and toaster.
The sleeping area includes a king-size memory foam bed (180×200) for restful nights, while the lounge area is fitted with a cozy sectional sofa, a 49” 4K Smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, and local phone access.
Air conditioning is individually controlled.
A covered 8m² terrace, fully enclosed by an electric shutter, extends the living space and offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation. A mosquito screen on the sliding door ensures comfortable ventilation.
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and separate WC.
Restaurants, bakeries, and grocery shops are all just steps away. Please note that quiet hours begin at 10 p.m.
A tourist tax of 4% of the rental amount and a cleaning and linen fee of €80 are payable in cash upon arrival.
