Philippe is an excellent host. Very responsive and helpful. The place is in a great location and has everything you need. Close walk to beach, restaurants and shops. Kitchen is well stocked. Very nice furnishings and comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

Although I recommend renting a car in St Martin, this may be one of the few places one can stay without one. The place itself is very nice, clean, and well equipped. It's not big, but spacious enough. Also, being a duplex, the social area is separated from the bedroom and this makes it even more comfortable. It has a small terrace that we didn't use much. The unit is 1 floor up, so if anyone has trouble with stairs it's probably not a good idea. We would definitively stay here again.

The unit is in a very quiet neighborhood. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a very well stocked grocery store in the area as well as numerous restaurants that serve very good food. We felt this unit was good value for money and would recommend it.
