Tucked within the Rainbow Beach Club resort, this spacious apartment invites you to slow down and fully embrace island life. With the sea just below and everyday conveniences within walking distance, everything is in place for a relaxed and effortless stay.
Inside, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The living room is arranged for comfort, with a plush sofa, two comfortable chairs, and a smart TV — an easy space to unwind after a day outdoors. From here, step onto the balcony and enjoy open views while savoring a quiet coffee or a good book. The dining area flows naturally from the living space, making it easy to move between moments of rest and shared meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out, with everything needed for everyday cooking, including a blender, toaster, and Ninja coffee maker. Bar seating for three and a dining table create a relaxed setting for meals at any time of day.
The apartment features two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, bedside lighting, generous closet space, and a beautifully tiled shower. The second bedroom includes two queen-size beds, ample storage, and an ensuite bathroom accessible directly from the room — ideal for families or friends traveling together.
A Peloton bike is available for guests who wish to stay active, while a private patio offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. A washer and dryer in the apartment make longer stays easy and convenient.
Outside, the resort’s three pools offer different ways to enjoy the day: two oceanside pools with sweeping views — one featuring a wrap-around waterfall — and a third shaded pool tucked beneath the building, perfect for cooling off or relaxing out of the sun.
Follow the spiral staircase down to Cupecoy Beach, where a secluded cave and calm shoreline await. Whether swimming, snorkeling, or taking a sunset walk along the sand, the beach feels like a natural extension of your stay.

Hi! We are Mike & Rosalyn, 2 Australians living in Seattle, WA, who also now live in the Caribbean in beautiful Sint Maarten (Dutch side). We fell in love with Sint Maarten when we first visited in 2009. Since 2020 we have lived here 4-6 months of the year and want more people to discover this wonderful piece of paradise.
