Inside, the open living area feels instantly inviting. Plush seating and a cozy armchair create the perfect place to unwind, whether you’re streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Complimentary Wi-Fi keeps you connected when needed, while the private balcony invites you to disconnect, soak in the views, and let the sea set the pace.
The dining area features a generous table for shared meals and relaxed evenings. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to cook comfortably while enjoying the view.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a beautifully tiled ensuite bathroom, offering a quiet and restful retreat. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the guest bathroom is equally refined and comfortable. A full-size washer and dryer in the apartment make longer stays easy and practical.
Outside, the resort offers three distinct pools: two set directly along the ocean—one with a wrap-around waterfall—and a third shaded pool, ideal for cooling off or relaxing out of the sun. A spiral staircase leads down to Cupecoy Beach, where a secluded cave and peaceful stretch of sand await for swimming, snorkeling, or sunset walks along the shore.
Secure on-site parking adds peace of mind, while nearby restaurants, a French bakery, and a supermarket are all within walking distance.

Starter supplies including trash bags, coffee pods, and dishwasher tablets are provided for the first few days. For longer stays, additional supplies are easily available at nearby shops within a short walk. Laundry detergent is not provided to accommodate individual preferences.

Hi! We are Mike & Rosalyn, 2 Australians living in Seattle, WA, who also now live in the Caribbean in beautiful Sint Maarten (Dutch side). We fell in love with Sint Maarten when we first visited in 2009. Since 2020 we have lived here 4-6 months of the year and want more people to discover this wonderful piece of paradise.
