This elegant beachfront apartment enjoys a prime location in the heart of Orient Bay Park, just steps from the island’s most famous beach.

You’ll be in the center of one of Saint Martin’s liveliest neighborhoods, surrounded by beach bars, restaurants, and water sports activities.

The Alamanda residence offers a haven of peace with its swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols, and outdoor shower—the ideal setting to relax and enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere.

Completely renovated in June 2023, this elegant single-level apartment opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool and, depending on the season, offering a view of the sea—an ideal setting for your stay.

Inside, you will find a bright and contemporary design as well as all the modern comforts: Smart TV with international channels (US, FR, etc.), free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, king-size bed, private bathroom, beach towels, large closet and dressing room, coffee maker, toaster, large refrigerator, freezer, microwave, washing machine, and safe.

Every detail has been carefully thought out to make your stay pleasant, comfortable, and unforgettable.

			We loved our 10 day stay!  The location is the best on the island!  Hard to believe that at least 9 great restaurants are within a few steps!  You don’t see this many restaurants together, except in Europe.  The unit is modern, clean and right on the beach.  We highly recommend both this apartment and Thomas as Host!		 - 1/21/2026

						We loved our 10 day stay!  The location is the best on the island!  Hard to believe that at least 9 great restaurants are within a few steps! 			Thomas’ place in Orient Bay was everything we needed for an amazing vacation on St. Martin. Location was perfect as access to world class beaches with great snorkeling was a plus, some of the most spectacular restaurants on St Martin are in walking distance as well as a really well stocked grocery store (French wine, cheese and meats). 						Thomas’ place in Orient Bay was everything we needed for an amazing vacation on St. Martin. Location was perfect as access to world class beaches with great snorkeling was a plus, some of the most spectacular restaurants on St Martin are in walking distance as well as a really well stocked grocery store (French wine, cheese and meats). 			Thomas’ place is absolutely perfect! Well appointed, spotless, comfortable, and stocked with all you could need. The area is incredible, you are right on the beach across from a great beach club, and also a two minute walk behind the building you have a ton of great restaurants. Three minutes walk and you have cafes for the morning and the supermarket. Very safe area, beautiful enclave with wonderful people. 						Thomas’ place is absolutely perfect! Well appointed, spotless, comfortable, and stocked with all you could need. 			Great place,  just across from a big, beautiful beach. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful. For clarity, this area is a resort town built for tourists. It has a lot of condos and hotels and a cluster of (mostly French) restaurants and a few shops including a grocery store. There are beach clubs all along the beach with bars/restaurants and comfy beach chairs you rent for the day. Very relaxing. 						Great place,  just across from a big, beautiful beach. It had everything we needed and the host was very helpful. For clarity, this area is a resort town built for tourists. It has a lot of condos and hotels and a cluster of (mostly French) restaurants and a few shops including a grocery store. There are beach clubs all along the beach with bars/restaurants and comfy beach chairs you rent for the day. Very relaxing. He is very responsive and his listing looks exactly like the photos on the ad.  One can tell that he genuinely cares about his guests and their experience.The apartment is in an excellent location.  Steps from the beach, lots of restaurants and a mini grocery in walking distance.  The apartment is in a gated community, and feels nice.  I would definately stay here again. 			Great stay! Very functional studio for short stays. Very clean and modern. Right next to pool. Across parking to the beach. Full kitchen and a washing machine. Thomas has kindly provided beach chairs/umbrella/floats for your use. 						Great stay! Very functional studio for short stays. Very clean and modern. Right next to pool. Across parking to the beach. Full kitchen and a washing machine. Thomas has kindly provided beach chairs/umbrella/floats for your use. 			This Airbnb was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 people and although it was on the ground floor it was private due to the location of the unit. Easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Also parking was not an issue as there is plenty of space. Thomas was responsive when needed. 						This Airbnb was beautiful and comfortable. There was plenty of space for 2 people and although it was on the ground floor it was private due to the location of the unit. Easy access to the beach and surrounding restaurants. Also parking was not an issue as there is plenty of space. Thomas was responsive when needed. We stay on Orient beach often and this is one of our top stays.

			Thomas place was so welcoming. Entering the place was easy & secure we felt safe. The aroma in the apartment was soothing. It had everything we were looking for on our getaway for my man 40th. Thomas responded even before the trip. Answered all of my questions I had & even had a US plug for us to use. Beach access right at the door steps. Late night we spent time outside on the patio listening to the waves. It was so peaceful. We also slept like babies. The couch in the room came in handy we just relaxed there taking in the AC. GREAT LOCATION OVERALL. We loved the fact that the activities were just outside the gate. We didn’t have to travel far. Although we did rent a vehicle. Always had parking. Resturant was walking distance. Long strip on the beach we spent time just lounging, eating & drinking. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed to make breakfast. 			My husband and I loved it!! Such a tranquil and beautifully designed space. Walkable and very good restaurants close by.
