The Property

Perfectly situated just five minutes from Orient Bay Beach, this elegant villa offers a serene escape in the heart of the French side of Saint-Martin.

Refined, modern décor complements two spacious king-size bedrooms, each with high-quality linens and its own private en-suite bathroom.

The bright, air-conditioned living room features a leather sofa, a Smart TV with both US satellite channels (7) and French channels (Canal+), and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi.

Beautiful property! Very private with lush greenery surrounding property! Very clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very well stocked with amenities. Close to restaurants and stores. Mid-week Delphine comes in and cleans. She is very helpful when you have questions. I am very hopeful that we will make it back next year and rent this home again. This villa is a beautiful place - spacious comfortable and completely discreet. It has all the amenities you would need for a complete stay - comfortable bedrooms, convenient bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen, smart TV if you can't live without it. Wow. I cannot say enough great things about the Villa and the owners. We met at the Villa and Delphine showed us around and showed how things worked. We stayed for 10 days and absolutely loved everything about the Villa. It was clean, convenient, well maintained. Never had any security worries. I would definitely recommend. I have already booked my next stays. I found the perfect place!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Villa Paloma in the larger unit. The villa is spacious, EXTREMELY comfortable and VERY well equipped (the kitchen, above all, has almost anything you'd need to cook). We had breakfast there everyday, and ate dinner every other night. All we had to buy were the basic groceries. Eating outside on the terrace overlooking the private pool was a joy! Almost didn't want to go to the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we enjoyed the en suite bathroom with two sinks. The entire unit has a/c which was quiet and effective. The villa is a short drive or a 10 minute walk to the village of Orient Beach, which has a number of great restaurants, plus two small grocer stores and a bakery. You really don't need to go anywhere else unless you simply want to see more of the island. We'll be sure to return! The villa enabled us to have the perfect vacation! - 3/25/2024
