A covered terrace and a deck overlook the residence’s garden and swimming pool. 3 minutes walk from restaurants, shops, bars… In a quiet and secure residence, with direct access to the beach. A private parking space is at your disposal. 

Located on the ground floor, has a bedroom with wardrobe, a bathroom and a separate toilet, a main room where you can relax on a comfortable convertible sofa, facing a large flat screen, a fully fitted and equipped open kitchen with its snack area.
A large bay window will lead you onto a spacious terrace, revealing the sea, where you can enjoy your meals, relax to the sound of the waves while sitting on one of the deckchairs and enjoy the calm and green environment of the tropical garden.
For your comfort, air conditioning is present throughout the apartment. All the comforts necessary for your stay are present: internet, smart flat screen TV (ROKU and Netflix), bluetooth speaker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, towels, beach towels, sheets, induction hob, microwave, oven, coffee makers, blender, toaster, kettle, complete crockery, hairdryer, straighteners, electric grill, safe, cleaning in the middle and at the end of your stay…
