					Philip was a very host and communicated with us throughout our visit promptly when needed. His place is right in the heart of Orient, surrounded by great restaurants and very close to the beach. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfortable and had more than enough space for our month long visit. We would stay here again without hesitation. The condo was clean, quiet and had a very nice, large balcony for spending quiet evenings.

						Philip was a very host and communicated with us throughout our visit promptly when needed. His place is right in the heart of Orient, surrounded by great restaurants and very close to the beach. The condo was well-equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfortable and had more than enough space for our month long visit. We would stay here again without hesitation. The condo was clean, quiet and had a very nice, large balcony for spending quiet evenings.
					
					Loved our stay at Philippe's place.  Great location in Orient Village steps from beach, fabulous restaurants and gourmet grocery store.   No need for a car if you plan to stay in French side.  Cabs to Grand Case we're only $20.   The only thing to be aware of is very steep stairs from living room/kitchen/ bathroom area to bedroom. it could be tricky for someone with mobility issues or a need to get up at night.  Otherwise flat was well equipped with everything you'd need and very comfortable.

						Loved our stay at Philippe's place.  Great location in Orient Village steps from beach, fabulous restaurants and gourmet grocery store.   No need for a car if you plan to stay in French side.  Cabs to Grand Case we're only $20.   The only thing to be aware of is very steep stairs from living room/kitchen/ bathroom area to bedroom. it could be tricky for someone with mobility issues or a need to get up at night.  Otherwise flat was well equipped with everything you'd need and very comfortable.

					Philip was a great host — very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was fairly clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is a huge highlight: right next to lots of restaurants and cafés and literally a 2-minute walk to Orient Beach. We also really enjoyed the partial ocean view from the balcony.We also really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having cold beer and water in the fridge upon arrival — a very welcome surprise after traveling.A couple of small things to note: we were only provided with one key, which can be a bit inconvenient if you’re staying with more than two people. And because it’s in such a lively, busy area, you can hear some street activity (late-night restaurant noise and early morning delivery trucks). Parking can also be a bit challenging at times, though we were always able to find a spot.Overall, a great stay in an excellent location and good value for the money — we would definit

					Philippe’s place was great! Close to the restaurants… Close to the beach clubs. Had some issues right at the beginning that weren’t under his control, and he still did his best and made the rest of the trip great. Can’t recommended enough.
