Infinity Blue Villa

There's a reason Infinity Blue is the villa people remember: it's the only hillside home in Terres Basses with its own private path down to Baie Rouge, and the view along the way is simply one of the finest in the Caribbean. Set on a two-and-a-half-acre cliffside estate, freshly reimagined in 2022, it sweeps a full 180 degrees across Saint Martin, the open sea and the island of Anguilla — and halfway down to the beach, a private gazebo waits for a sunset drink.

Six en-suite bedrooms sleep twelve, three of them masters, opening onto two pools and a vast living room where ten glass doors fold away to the breeze. Outside: daybeds, an outdoor kitchen and bar, multi-level terraces, gazebos at the water's edge, an open-air hot tub.
