A private chef dinner may feel effortless once you are at the table, but the best experiences are usually planned ahead.
During high season, the most requested chefs are often booked early, especially around Christmas, New Year, spring break, birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings.
If you already know you would like a private dinner during your stay, it is better to arrange it before arrival. This gives you more choice, more time to discuss the menu, and a better chance of securing the date you really want.
